Hello, can you please tell me if the latest update include fixes for the speed issues with this theme? I really love the theme and our current store but we are having a big problem with the speed, is this something you can fix? We are seriously considering leaving Shopify due to the slow load issues, such a shame!! Please take a look at our store and let us know if you can help with this, we need the load time to be no slower than 3.5 seconds as recommended by Google, thanks much.

Hello Thanks for the great theme. However when I open a ticket it takes more than 24 hours or around that time… I feel upset about the long waiting time. So I wanted to write in here. I have updated my theme to v1.7.0 and when I wanted to use swatches in product page. It is not working correctly. When I select variants it makes all variants red(only one should be red… for instance if a product has 3 size it should make only one size of it red but when you click others they are also becoming red….) I wonder did you tested swatches and how can I solve the problem. Thanks.

This theme looks amazing! Though I am new to Shopify, I have a ton of WordPress design experience (just saying I’m not knew to web design or ecommerce builds via WP) but I have been having a very frustrating time with a big selling theme used for a new client as the backend very confusing and I can’t afford anymore down time, so looking for a great new theme that’s very straightforward to workin with on the backend. Is your Seiko very easy to understand and edit etc? Any way to see screenshot of backend of home page and admin/edit etc options? I would LUV to become a customer asap and rate 5 stars asap, just let me know about my questions pls! This is the current site http://herbehavior.com so we would want to have similar style but just need simpler to edit backend (and a popup newsletter and to easily edit home page content, remove/add sections and edit footer and header menu, change fonts, colors, is this all possible?) In latest release notes, it says:
“added ability to show pre-order status in products”
What does this mean? I don’t see documentation, or any additional options in theme settings.

Show options as “select boxes” appears to not work properly with product variants. Can’t just select one variant. Forces you to select multiple variants and can’t deselect others.

Hi! I’ve filed a ticket for a bug in the parralax scrolling and white vertical line to the bigsteps help centre last friday…I still haven’t receivied any notification since a response regarding it being on the developer’s todo list on the status.
Could you please put these fixes on your next update? And could you please tell me the status of the ticket.

About parallax it is possible to enable in android, but not possible enable in iOS. iOS doesnt support such feature.
