hi! I have a customer that purchased your theme. Great job by the way. Super easy to manage it. in the demo I see that the text in contents of a post is located under the media gallery (for example after all the stack images). Is it possible to place the post content above the media gallery rather than the bottom? If it’s not possible to specify that, can you tell me how to customize the single.php file? Thank you!

Yes this is not an option of Uncode. Even if Uncode is one of the most flexible themes we first try to replicate common patterns and this kind of menu is not so common, please refer the demos for a list of the available options.
Hello there, I do have a stupid bug, with a counter on top of page it doesn’t start till I scroll the page which is strange..
Hi theikid and sorry for delay! What version of Uncode do you have? We have tested now just inserting a counter at the top of the page and it starts as expected. Not easy to figure out without a check, can you please give us more infos?

we have bought the uncode theme today and face a problem: no icons are being shown correctly but control characters are shown instead. Do you have any idea how we can solve that?

If you search on Google this error you can see it’s not related to Uncode but server settings “has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.”. You can resolve easy just insert a line of code in the .htaccess file as noted in the results. I don’t want the content to be sticky, just the tabs, in this case i found a workaround with plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-menu-or-anything-on-scroll/ attributing an extra css class to the tabs . Now I just need to push back to top of tab when tab is clicked, but i will have to javascript it. I think it would be great if you implement this feature on this great theme. thanks

After updating theme to 1.5.1 and WP to 4.8 I get this error
Failed to load content css: .../wp-content/uploads/uncode-fonts/uncodefont.css
This pops only when adding a new post/page/cpt.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hi rwky! This seems an issue of WordPress 4.8, in fact if you search on Google you can find tons of new results just from the last days (not related to Uncode). We are now collecting a few reports and if this will be not fixed in the WP 4.8.1 will insert some workaround in Uncode next update.
hi. Just bought the theme….looks great! Quick question: The layer slider plugin bundled in the theme is out of date….message reads “There is a new version of LayerSlider WP available. View version 6.5.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. License activation is required in order to receive updates for LayerSlider. Purchase a license or read the documentation to learn more. Got LayerSlider in a theme?” Is there a way I can update this plugin manually or do I need to wait for your theme to be updated? Thanks. Hi! Bought theme. So far so good everything is working and theme is nicely done.
Just some initial issue with VC CLIPBOARD. I can’t copy paste complex VC rows from your own templates. Some simple ones i can copy in to clippboard but more complex ones when i press COPY THIS ROW i am getting “Can’t mix vc_row with null!”
Copying elements inside ROW works fine. But Row in to clipboard does not work (but option is there).
Any idea?

Are you sure you don’t have any errors in your custom CSS? Can you please try to paste as the very top of the Theme Options > CSS? In case advise I see you have sent logins.

So my theme is being defiant.. I have made changes to certain rows making them visible only on mobile devices, along with some only visible on the desktop. All was fine and well until I realized I had 5 sections of white space suddenly appearing out of nowhere. It makes no sense what so ever, and there are no sections in visual composer.
