I would love to see Flatsome theme being able to manage by iPad (iOS). The UX Builder is not friendly as much as Visual Composer could do on the iPad. Handling our clients from anywhere is awesome! Much appreciate your consideration on this.

Hello, I would like to know how to make the navigation menu occupy the entire width without leaving margins like now. On the other hand how can I model the biggest logo? It is 400 pixels wide but shows half 200 px. Thank you

To display the header full-width, go to Theme Options > Header > Header-Main and change the layout to full-width.
To display a high resolution logo please regenerate your thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

My Wordpress is 4.8, and Woocommerce is 5.6. I’ve inserted the memory limit code in my wp_config file and also spoke to my host who says my memory limit is set at 256M, and I’ve also deactivated all plugins but it’s still not working…

The strings can be translated in the theme http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/63-how-to-translate-the-theme. If the strings are missing, sync the translation file with the template file.

We don’t have the shape divider options. We do have some section masks you should check out http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/elements/sections/
Unfortunately, until now there has been no official compatibility testing with that plugin. But, Flatsome uses WordPress coding standards so any extension that uses these same standards should work with our theme.

Hi, the dreaded “Loading UX Builder” loop has re-appeared on my site. Nothing had changed except upgrade to WP4.08. All memory limits etc are high.
Update: The loop is occurring in Safari. Works on in Chrome.

Hi, I can’t get Row>align equal to work on my homepage. When my page is loading it looks fine at first but then it switches back to different column heights. Other align options work fine. I’m using Chrome. Am I doing something wrong here? www.marcelscuba.com

Yes, WooCommerce has a setting for this. Set the product image sizes in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and then regenerate your thumbnails.

I need some help regarding the checkout page using stripe.
I have installed the theme in 2 different sites for testing.
In site number 1 when I use stripe like a payment gateway I can add the credit cart directly in the page.
In the second site when I use stripe like a payment gateway I get a popup to insert the credit card info.
Why is that?
How can I make site 2 become like site 1?
