Hello, my customer use organic market template but this demo has not a SHOP page template, shop page not looking like original demo, how can we set shop page like this demo?

Make sure that you have configured WooCommerce – run setup wizard. If you still have problems with configuring demo, please consult our support trough support forum at https://qode.ticksy.com and provide WordPress admin access in your ticket so they can access WordPress back end and to be able to see settings which you are using.

Greetings! Is there any easy way to have multipe footers across the page? for example I mean footer variation 1 on homepage, footer variation 2 on subpages and not have any footer on landing page? Thank you for your answer

Landing page template isn’t loading header and footer so footer won’t be there.
Regarding variations for other pages, unfortunately per page footer options does not exist, but it is possible to midify footer on different pages with some custom css code, and our support can help you with that.

I do find that page transitions can be a bit temperamental at times (infinite loading until you press refresh) off a clean install, is this a common issue?

Page transitions create nice effects when navigating through website. When transitions are turned on, header and footer are not reloaded, only content get reloaded. This can cause issues mostly with some plugins because they demand their scripts to be loaded in header or footer and they are not. If you happen to experience this later on while you are developing your site, note that first thing to do is to turn off page transitions.
Page transitions can be turned off from:
1. general options Qode Options > General
2. local options (when you edit your pages), note that these settings will overwrite global settings from Qode Options for specific page
3. Also you can turn off page transitions for specific pages by writing page URLs from Qode options > General > List of internal URLs loaded without AJAX (separated with comma)

If you are referring to this demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge48/ it is using Full width template so it should be working fine. Maybe you can try importing demo content in order to see which options we used or if you don’t want to import demo content on live site then it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos in order to see how they are created:

Hello! I have a little question: I have created an anchor in the home page, so that the view moves from the slide to another point in the home. The problem is that I want to smooth the movement with a java code that I had, but I do not know where to implement it. If you check it, the anchor works, but I tried to enter the code they gave me and it does not. I test in the custom js zones of the theme, in the header on the editor, etc.. and don´t works.

Hi just a pre-sale question, does the theme demos use your own page builder or Visual Composer? If it’s Visual Composer is it modified or it’s the native VC plugin?

Hey I’m just helping a client who purchased your theme based on my recommendation. The demo import does not work for them, and I have tried it myself to confirm. I have tried multiple hosts and various option. Is this expected behaviour?
Are you able to test importing “bridge51” and also “new bridge87” and confirm they come through as expected?
When I try to import bridge51 it doesn’t bring the font settings or the yellow divider bar color, the menu is missing and that top bar should be blue. And the fixed menu settings work differently.

When I try to import new bridge87 it just doesn’t look anything like the demo. I didn’t even bother with the slider import because the header/menu was so far off what I expected. And the font colors and sizes etc..

I did not want to try the XML import because there seems to be a lot of custom css and other options that would not be imported with the XML process.
I am slowly going through the live demo and updating any missing styles and demo content in my clients site.
Is this how it is meant to work? I kinda expected the demo import to work for my client 100% like other themes do.

The one click import takes over twenty attempts to complete; more often than not, gets stuck and 10%, or 30% or 70% or 90% and just when it seems like we’ll finally get to 100% on the next try, it gets stuck again at 30%. Wow, for such a great theme this import tool is such a painful weak link that it might as well have been coded by an elementary school kid. Please for the love of god fix this buggy feature!

We have a lot of demos, and import process can freeze on host with lower PHP directives. Please try to follow instructions from this article https://qode.ticksy.com/article/9420/ and if that doesn’t help then submit a ticket to our support at https://qode.ticksy.com/ with WordPress admin details and they will try to import demo for you. Our developers have tweaked import in the past and they will certainly enhance it again. Import functionality is important part and it is important to all theme users.

License codes missing from the files. When I open the .txt files for the codes from layerslider, time table, vc and slider revolution there are no codes in there to active them. When VC takes me to the activation page I also get notified that I do not have a valid license. But that was part of the theme right? How to activate?

That is normal. Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. Hello QODE team, as always the theme is surprising me over the years… recently i was trying (late) the ‘QODE cards slider’ VC element.
It looks just great ! However, i would like to suggest you an improvment please.
It would be better to have an additional option to let the slide title showing up (up or down or hover the slide) and also some kind of anchors to navigate to the slide using the title anchors. For now, i understant it is a gallery type component, but it would be more usefull to be able to use for help/presentation gallery.
In other words, i hope in the future you can add the display of pictures label/title, please. Thank you very much for such a great theme !

In case that you are having trouble replicating some element, it is good practice to import demo content and then you can easily see which options were used. In case that you don’t want to import demo on live installation the it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos
