Im using the essential grid plugin that came with theme and I have read up on the order of pages in essential grid but cannot seem to figure it out. I have a page that lists the team members on the site, but it needs to be in a certain order on the essential grid on my page – how do I achieve this easily

I initially installed the theme onto a now defunct domain using my purchase code to do so. After changing the domain name, I’ve found it impossible to switch over my purchase code.
The instructions make it seem quite simple – revoke the purchase code from the initial domain and then activate it on the new domain. Seems simple? Wrong! I’ve revoked the purchase code from the initial domain, but am still incorrectly receiving an error that the “purchase code has already been used” – extremely frustrating! Worse yet, the code cannot even be used again on the original domain from which it has been revoked. This bug has rendered my purchase totally useless – feeling ripped off.

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, this doesn’t resolve the issue as I cannot log into my Theme.co account. The reason being, my Theme.co account is associated with an unrecoverable email address (you’ll notice the password reset emails are bouncing). When I try to register a new Theme.co account with a different email account, it states the purchase code is already associated with an account. Can I get a password reset via text message or other means? Is associating the account with another email possible? What is the best way to resolve? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Where should I send the email?
I purchased ConvertPlug on your recommendation and I can’t see how this is what I was looking for. I am looking for a pop up/shadow box to “pop up” once the user clicks on a certain area of the website or photo. I’ve been playing around with it and it doesn’t seem to utilize that function.

ConvertPlug is a third party extension we integrate with in X, so you would not have needed to purchase it as it comes with your purchase of X (once you validate you can download it via the WP admin). That being said, if you don’t feel ConvertPlug fits your needs, you may need to investigate other third party solutions that more closely achieve what it is you’re looking to accomplish.

On the “Card Switch” option, is there a way to make the boxes all the same width and size vertically without having to count the words that sit on the back of the card?

Thanks for writing in. Each card will ensure the front and back have the same height, but it doesn’t take into consideration other cards. We don’t have a way to solve this with an element setting. You could use custom CSS to apply a “min-height” rule which could help normalize things for you.
Thank you! Also, is there a way to custom the text sizes, colors (ie. title a different color from the text.) or break it up with spacing of paragraphs into it?

Colors can certainly be adjusted all throughout, but font sizes at this time are not adjustable (icon sizes are). The Card is intended for small chunks of content, so we would not recommend utilizing more than one paragraph at a time. It technically does not allow this as the content is output in a paragraph already, so you could get faux paragraphs with line breaks, but again, this is not recommended due to the design constraints of the element itself.

Thanks for clarifying. We’ve not tested with that plugin specifically, nor is there something we’d recommend for ads. However, X has been known to work great with any plugin coded to WordPress best practices. I don’t foresee any reason it wouldn’t work with that plugin you’ve selected.
i would like to have a huge fullwidth search box in footer at the bottom, is this possible with your theme?
I installed the AUTO demo and I cant seem to find a way to change the background photos of cars in the customizer as there was no link to the photos. How do I change that? Thanks.

Is Cornerstone required to be installed with the theme? I prefer Beaver Builder.

Cornerstone is our own page builder which is built to work with X in the best way possible featuring unique and specific elements for our theme. 3rd Party builders will work with X but won’t utilize the full power of the theme so we recommend giving our builder a try.

Are you going to update slider revolution any time soon? It is way out of date. SECURITY RISK!
It’s not a security risk. The current version we provide has no known security issues. We keep up with the updates to the extensions we provide, but we don’t update the versions we bundle until we’ve been able to fully test them and ensure there are no compatibility issues with X.
If we swap themes can we keep the content and current layout?

Thanks for writing in. You can keep the content, and a similar layout is possible in X, but depending on how the content is setup, it may not look quite right after switching to X, and you may need to recreate some pages.
I’m looking for a plugin that works well with Cornerstone that allows me to click on a box on my website, a shadowbox pop up, enlarge and hold more text/info. Is there such plugin?

Thanks for writing in. We don’t integrate with any plugins that offer this functionality, but there are many free modal/lightbox plugins available. There’s even one developed and provided for free by a community member that you can download here.

Hi, I no that “The Grid” is a special version for the X Theme, but the version is 2.3.5, and the latest official version is 2.4.0, with a change log saying ”- Fixed an issue with X Theme Pro and Cornerstone - Fixed a php issue with excerpt functionality - Fixed minor css/js issues” Are all the fixes solved in the X special version ?
