Hi,
On all location field on my site (job search bar on main home, add resume forn and on add job offer form) when you click on the suggestion on cities sometime it take it but must of the times it doesn’t. People click on the suggestion once they start to write the location but most of the time nothing happen.
how to fix it please ? Thank you

Is there a way to show duration period for featured listing. I want to have an option to show the featured job for (for example: 7 days) and after 7 days automatically will become a normal listing job.

you can show expiration date in job overview ( it can be enabled in Appearance – Theme Options -> Job options ) – but there’s no option for making featured jobs back to normal after a period of time.

Pretty cool.
What i wanted to see, was a few things, but unable to do any live testing due to limitations placed on using more user accounts.
What i think i saw but need to clarify is as follows:
1.
Will the employer and the candidate be able to cross into each other’s panel?
Example, i signed as employer, then i went into the candidate’s dashboard and see things as a candidate. And as a candidate, if i sign up as a candidate can i jump into the employer dashboard with the given link and see things as per the employer dashboard and its items.
will there be a notification that disables an employer logging into a candidate dashboard and a candidate dashboard from logging into an employer dashboard?
2. Is there anyway for me to export the A. Jobs , B. The candidates and employers, C. The resumes, D. Applications on an individual basis? Are the database items portable? Or are they basically tied to the entire theme? If its tied to the entire team and needs to be exported or downloaded via the wordpress Tools option, does it mean that there is no way to separate the items?
Or at times if the wordpress importer does not work as well or carries errors then the site will be at risk of not being able to recover?
3. Are we able to create custom fields for the candidates and the employers?
Will there be employer pages or candidate pages that we can showcase or visit?
ad1. It’s not that they are able to cross the panels, it’s just that there are no restriction based on role by default. So Employer can also apply for a job, and candidate can also post a job. You can limit that functionality using 3rd party plugins
ad2. Those all are just like a posts, registered using Custom Post Type, so yes, you can export/import them. They are not tied to theme, it’s powered by WP Job Manager plugin
ad3. Yes, but you’d need additional plugin or be able to edit the code.

I’ve worked out how to get my action button to work for the candidate signup but can’t get the Employer action button to work. I’ve logged out and tried to submit a job but have been given a 404 error.
How do I get the action button for employers to post a job to go to a signup window or account login?

there’s no option to open popup from a link, you can only link to static page with registration form like https://workscout.in/my-account/
I’m not sure about your 2nd part of your comment, so link to that page would be helpfull

I’m trying to use a ‘background image for header’ with a page that uses the ‘Page with Job Filters’ template but unfortunately it appears to be the only template that doesn’t support this feature. Instead it just uses the default grey header.
Is this a bug or is this intended?

Hi, may I know how to restrict resume details only for the employer ( the candidate who apply for the job)? The other employers cant view the resume at all even with the resume URL.
Hi, sorry but I don’t have any solution for that, I guess it would require some custom functionality. You can limit resume details to only employers, but not just to see only those candidates who applied

Tried adding it to the footer from the demo login but it seemed not quite straight forward

If you set them on the left side they have to be cropped, but you can change logo position to right in Customize -> Jobs Options -> Jobs List, that way they won’t be cut.
