Hello there, is it possible to activate the theme on a demo website till my client approve it then I activated again on the official final domain after I deleted it from the demo domain ??

I have a simple question about the sidebar. I want to add different types of sidebar for some specific page or post. It’s necessary for me. I’ve checked your most of all demo but can’t find it. For example: http://top10suggest.com/ website has some page or post (I don’t know what they have) their sidebar is different from each other. Can you tell me is it possible?

You can setup custom sidebars for pages and posts by going to Appearance > Sidebars in your WordPress dashboard.

I am having major issues with your theme and cornerstone. First I can not log into my account. I have two accounts for two different clients using x. I registered two separate accounts and now it says that I only have one. I needed your support to look at one one of the sites because I get a 404 page not found when I try to edit with cornerstone on the page. I can access through the launch, but can not through the pages. This needs to be fixed before I spend time creating content or I fear I will lose everything and that’s unacceptable. Anyway this needs to straightened out before I can proceed. Please advise. Barbara

The forum has a “maintenance” message. When do you expect it to be back up? I upgraded to v5.x and now my site crashes in IE, and the footer layout is broken. Will you be migrating data from the old forum to the new, or do we need to reask questions? tnx

Hi. Purchased this awesome theme yesterday and love it so far. But for the support forum I am getting a maintenance in process ? Are you upgrading? Also you replied two mails and have not responded after this maintenance mode? Are they related.. Is there a way to import all content on a standard demo like icon 2 as you have on the democase??

The coding in your theme is museum quality artwork! Thank you for the awesomeness! However, shortcodes from your demo are not working for me. Trying to add 1/2 columns. I copied shortcode from your demo (as I prefer) into the text-tab, but shortcode just shows up as actual text. Cornerstone is enabled. Not using any preloaded demo, but using theme settings to build my own custom design. Only other plugin is Gravity Forms. Ideas? Thanks again!

If you’ve installed the demo content for the Renew 2 demo, your Navbar should be exactly the same.
As you’ve said that fixed left and fixed right aren’t working, it sounds like there could be a JS error or similar stopping the options from working correctly.

2) Do you add page templates for (login, register, password, etc. ..) and block the default pages. (Wp-admin “and wp-login”)
3) Have you integrated child theme.

1: You can the in-built integration with Contact Form 7, or any other form plugin of your choice.
2: This isn’t an out of the box feature provided by the theme and instead would be handled by a membership/security plugin.
3: Child themes are supported out the box and a blank child theme is available from the members area.
4: We haven’t tested for compatibility with those specific plugins, however any plugin coded to WordPress coding standards should work fine. If the plugin generates it’s own client side markup, you may need to change the styling using CSS.
5: There is no membership functionality or plugin integration out the box.
6: This would be possible with third party plugins.

So here’s my problem with Cornerstone… All and all I really like X, although I don’t understand why you can’t revert to a previous page revision without breaking Cornerstone (leaving just the short-codes on the page without the editor) and thus forced to re-create your page all over again. There has got to be something that can be done in future updates to prevent this from happening. “Danger Will Robinson” alerts should be created to warn against doing this. Just sayin’

Hi I am interested in this theme. Is it possible to create a site with mostly blogs and one video showing page (similar to those created by VideoTouch theme) using this theme? Also can I set different page_layout (list vs. grid) for different taxonomy archive? How flexible is this theme for custom post type and taxonomy? Thank you for the information.
Hey There,
You can create any combination of pages you want. Our demos give a good overview on what’s possible in general but you can mix and match the layout of them in any way. Just the Stack which means styling and some specific functionality is limited to which stack you are using.
You can set different page layouts and build any layout you want by using our Cornerstone page builder. Custom post types is something you would need to add on your own so if you have some basic coding knowledge this should not be a problem at all.

So far…. not so good. I just purchase the theme and tried to install it and received error message indicating a missing stylesheet (style.css).

That’s because you’re installing the wrong file
Please follow the instructions outlined on this article from our Knowledge Base.
That message shows if you try to install the “All Files” download link from ThemeForest and not just the WordPress theme files. If you need anything further, a member of our development team would be happy to assist on the support page of your Themeco account.
