Indeed you can do that without any issues, all of our demos are created on Avada and you can use any of our post type on any demo you want so yes in short you can have your blogs there for sure

You can use any Avada elements from any of the demos on your Avada site. That’s because all the demos are created using Avada theme options and elements, so you can easily mix and match between them.
If you want to add a blog section, you would just need to add the Blog element to the page and it would add your posts to the frontend.

We are using your theme; installed slider revolution but cannot update the plugin nor use any free premium templates they have. What should we do? It is supposed that it is free!

Allow us to explain to you in detail how bundled plugins work, in regard to theme included plugins, it is not unique to Avada and applies to any theme that includes a plugin:
- Avada includes the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins, at no extra cost
- As of right now, Avada 5.1.6 the latest version of the Layer Slider plugin is version 6.3.0 -> http://d.pr/i/uXYPZy – which is what you will have
- Because it is plugin territory, the respective plugin authors include a global update call for the plugins and it does not apply to theme included plugins -> http://d.pr/i/C4PWvO
- The next release of Avada will version 5.2 which will in turn include the latest next version of the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins available at that time
- You can safely ignore/dismiss the plugin authors update notice and it will not affect your site in any way

Please note, the plugin author has a section called ‘Get Free Premium Sliders’ -> http://d.pr/i/ZEAHs – however you have to then buy a stand alone plugin license from them -> http://d.pr/i/M1t86R – this has nothing to do with Avada, or any theme that bundles that slider plugin.

Somehow my wp installation takes all ‘Language – formal’ translations instead of the normal ‘language’ files? That way i have to re-translate all the original strings again in the ‘language – formal’ file. Hope you can help me out on this one, thanks!

Hi, I was asking yesterday about solving problem with fusion builder which blocks my website. I got some suggestions and I contacted with my host provider and upgraded all server limitations. I reinstalled fusion builder and at this time it was installed successfully but I still have a problem in order to load my website. The website is loading and loading and after 2 minutes there is the message (Page not found) . Any further suggestions in order to fix that problem? Thanks

Thank you for your question! That is actually very easy to do with Avada. You would just select a 100% width template when creating your page and use a Blog element inside of a Container Element set to 100% width > http://prntscr.com/fn1cjh

Hi There,
I’ve got the theme in use for almost a year, and the theme works awesome! Only now where rebuilding the website, and i’ve found a problem. The problem i’ve stumbled on is that i can’t get the portfolio to work properly.
What we want to create is a portfolio, where the customers can see highlighted image of the portfolio file, and when they click that photo a lightbox pops up with an iframe in there. An example of what i’ve looking for: https://www.poppr.be/portfolio/
So is it posible to get a portfolio where customers just need to click on the photo and then the lightbox with iframe pops up?

Its definitely possible to do so and all you need to do is disable the portfolio title and link from Avada > Theme Options > Extras > Featured Image rollover so only lightbox link is showed.

The Avada Lightbox is meant to show the full sized and more focused version of the image on the page. The lightbox element doesn’t allow for custom content like code etc.

Unfortunately the lightbox doesn’t receive custom content. The modal element does, but not the lightbox. The lightbox is meant to display images and videos hosted on either YouTube or Vimeo.

I have been working on one of my sites when the custom css has stopped working.
I have tried to take all the custom css out and add it back on one by one, but it does not reflect on the front end anymore.
I have no idea what has happened?!

It might be an issue related to your cache so please also try and check the website inside an incognito window in chrome, try to disable any cache plugins you are using and clear browser cache as well, also go to Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS and clear the fusion cache from there, check console if the CSS is being overwritten by any other plugin CSS perhaps? However if the issue persist we are just a ticket away.

Please, I have detected that Avada has a small issue when working with SSL. The header looks broken (showing all logos sizes and stuff) because this line of code: <link rel=”stylesheet” id=”avada-stylesheet-css” href=”http://www.domain.com/wp-content/themes/Avada/assets/css/style.min.css?ver=5.1.6” type=”text/css” media=”all”> The solution is to call to a https instead of http, could you fix it please?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I purchased back in Feb 2017 (I have 2 months of support left)... I can’t get the API token to work (it says I didn’t purchase Avada).. when I tried support to your site, it won’t recognize the purchase code to create a ticket for support… help.

It’s possible your plugin didn’t install completely. In addition to the reply to your first comment, I would also recommend checking your system status page for any low limit notices. Also, specifically check your Max Upload Size. We recommend it to be at 32M to avoid any issues. If yours is something low like 2M, that will be an issue as it could be truncating the plugin install.
