How do payment for campaign works, is payment via woocommerce, and when a user is submitting a campaign can the admin decide to set it as automatic publish or waiting for approver by admin before publishing.

Hello Sir, i have some questions before buy this theme:
1) this theme provides rewards in case of donations over a certain threshold?
2) When a funds campaign is in progress, the owner can change the rewards and other campaign rules/conditions?
3) When a visitor give money for a fund campaign, the campaign owner take the money on his paypal or the site admin decide when unblock the money for the campaign owner?
4) When a visitor starts a campaign, the campaign is automatic public or the site admin have to approve it?
5) The campaigns can be categorized? example: campaign from italy, england ecc or per argument
6) The site admin can cancel a campaign in progress?

Hello, I haven’t updated the theme since v1.6.1, and now I see the current version is v2.1.3. Envato Market plugin doesn’t give me the option to update the theme like any other theme I used, and it gives me the option to “install” it only, which makes me afraid of breaking the theme options I already have.
Is there any major changes that forces me to manually replace the theme files?

Thanks a lot for the quick response. I did the manual update as explained and there seems to be a few broken stuff in the new version.
Problem with submitting a ticket is that I bought the theme 2 years ago, so my support expired, and I don’t think I need to purchase a new support plan because of a broken update, when I already purchased lifetime updates! I hope you take that into consideration.
What’s broken is that the HTML output acts strange. Giving a custom classname to a row duplicates the classname to both the <section> tag and the row. Also, the “vc_column” classname is truncated to only “vc_”.
Both issues result in a misbehaving styling to rows and columns, giving wrong margins and paddings.
You can see what I mean on http://www.egyptiancurebank.com and use the inspector to see the wrongly generated HTML.

I am interested, would I be able to charge a percentage and hold donations using the plugins? My goal is to setup a crowdfunding site, where people can create campaigns and I simply receive a portion of the donations through the backend and or hold funds should they not get full backing or for any other legal issue.

The ticket system doesn’t seem to be working correctly for us. The product Unity says: [verified] but everytime we try to submit a ticket we need to verify again and than get send back to the start. How can we get past?
You only need to create and submit a ticket with verify purchase code one again. Then you post your question there and if the next time you also meet problems, only need to continue post on your previous ticket. We will check and support you according to the system. It seems our suppor code unfortunately did expire. That’s probably why it wouldn’t work in the first place. Is there still anyway we can contact you about the problems with anonymous donations? It seems to us like something that just should work.

Hi, It’s been a while since we’ve noticed this problem and we’ve had contact with help@wpopal.com. We’ve adressed the problem twice there, got a short answer to wait patiently and never heard back. To this day we still have problems with the anonymous donate function. It just won’t work. We have the problem on 2 websites now where the theme, wordpress and all the plugins are up to date. The function also doesn’t work with different themes or with all the plugins disabled. Also, there is no error in the console so it just looks like an empty checkbox…
We don’t want to pay for extra support just to get a bug fixed. That’s just ridiculous in our opinion since we pay for a product we expect to work. But still this is what you guys are stearing to. And it honestly looks like a bug from our point of view.
I really hope we can come to a solution since it gives us allot of headache and quite some trouble.
