Bought this theme 3 days back and can’t upload the demo, support team doesn’t even bother to reply in 24 hours. It’s a waste of time and money.

Please provide your ticket number. Please remind that we have 2 days off in the weekend. And the reason that causes issue with uploading demo can come from many different idea like hosting service issue.

Hi, this looks nice. Is it possible to use visual composer on the category (archive) pages ? I would like to create one page and fill it with different content based on the current category. Or is it that I will need to create a seperate webpage with seperate essential grid for each category ?

Hello, pre purchase question here.
I like the look of the theme quite alot but I will need to have images in the grid expand/collapse sections on click. Possibly with a plugin such as collapse-o-matic (I’m unsure whether this plugin actually can do what I want though).
Right now clicking on grid images will open a float window with a large size image as it is at present (as far as I can see).
The expand-on-click-section should be able to contain a slider with some combinations of text, images and video.
Is this in some way possible with Heli?
If my question is unclear I’ll try to elaborate or ask in a different way.

I’ll be in trouble with management if I end up saying that I can make our site as per their specs – and I can’t.
So to be completely sure I have these two questions:
A. Is it possible to use Heli to create a layout like this?:
https://hjaltelinstahl.com/Specifically the ‘Cases’ section of the site where you can click an image in the grid corresponding to a case and then get the aforementioned slider with a selection of different content related to the case. (I don’t need the little graphic elements under each clickable case though, I just need a simple line of text and of course the clickability of the picture leading to the slider).
B. What will it require of me?:
Will I need to apply third party plugins and/or be able to code myself? Or will it be possible to create this layout solely through in-theme options combined with your support?
I look forward to your answer – an hopefully purchasing and recommending your theme.

I see. It’s not ready when you use Heli, it needs some customization, so, you should hire a freelancer if you like this style.

Can’t import the theme, first when I try to install the zip file it gives me “impossible to install”, if I download “only wordpress files” then it install the theme but then it won’t import demo.
PS: I do have an older version of this theme, as I purchased it a while ago, and that works fine with installation but then won’t let me enter the theme settings

For the homepage: http://heli.thememove.com/. I have deleted the section where it says: “We are a creative studio focused on inter| design Inspiration is the one word we love and we put it into our work everyday.”
When inspecting element the code comes up as “ … ”.
I cant seem to find the module on the visual composer to replace this text style. Does anyone know the module name?

Hi, I uploaded the Heli theme version 3.5.2 zip file to wordpress admin and after upload. I tried to activate the theme and it shows nothing.It shows blank page and i am not able to customize the theme.Please help me to solve this

We want to know why we upload a new testimonial with a 120×120 image, when we go to preview it the image is like 10 times it’s size in the site.

I am having difficulty understanding how the presets work. I would like to add left sidebar navigation to all pages – I change the preset on a page to preset 7 – the menu moves to the left but the rest of the page still displays underneath it. Is the content supposed to move to the right of it?
