2) It is not specified which pages of the demo are not imported in your site, which makes it impossible for our support staff to help you efficiently. Please post in your support ticket the inks of the pages that you can’t see in your demo, otherwise is impossible to help you.
That sais, it also looks that you didn’t check out our support guidelines, which are linked and listed in the “README” of the product, in the first page of the forum, and in the Support section of the manual. We like to provide the highest grade of support possible, but this is possible only with a collaborative approach.
In the specific:
1) Never post your credentials 2) Please don’t spam in othe places (like this forum) if you don’t get an answer in few hours, just wait, there is a queue, and we still have one of the fastest support turnarounds of themeforest. 3) Be specific: please link which pages are not imported.

that said, if you performed a mere total count of pages, the answer to your question is very simple: the difference in the amount of pages is because the demo, AS PER DESCRIPTION AND LEGAL RULES, doesn’t contain the copyrighted pictures of our demo site, so the “missing pictures” of your demo install are probably the media contents which in your demo are being replaced by a unique “temporary” picture, as the demo in, as matter of fact, a global “copy” of our demo website.
But if you have any link of pages missing in your imported demo, please link them in the support topic or here, and we will check. Thanks
i am waiting for 1 day and 21 hours , i have never seen such a bad support , even a blind man can chek in few seconds and see almost 50% of pages are missing , you reply to me just to count it as a reply , this is not fair at all from your side . please check it so i can deliver this project to my client . it takes only a min to check how many pages has your demo and how much have mine .

You have ALL the pages that are in the demo. SOme are NOT in the menu, for which you just go in appearance->Menu and add what you need to show in the menu. But ALL the contents are there, no exceptions.

Hello! Singe the first version it does it, you need to activate the QT Ajax Pageload plugin (bundled with the product). Also, please notice that when logged as admin, ajax loading (continuous play) is disabled, because it makes it harder to modify the website and settings.

Hello, I’m sorry for the moment we have no plans to add it because is too much work and was asked only from 2 customers until now. For the integration you have to check WooCOmmerce manual, you shouldn’t have big problems if you know a ittle bit of programming, for a basic integration.
The expensive aprt is more the design.

Hello, that’s an ajax page loading not a preloader, it makes possible to have non stop music across apges. To disable it just disable the QT Ajax page plugin.

Hello, can’t get tack info from icecast, but you can add your own widgets or if you have any js script to implement, we can help on that.

Hello! Is another theme, but the OnAir classic is sold only in our website and not on themeforest for commercial reasons. BTW its development will be discontinued in 6 months so I’d suggest to go for OnAir2 which is much newer, faster, flexible and with more functions. Thanks!

Hello! I just tested your stream, it plays perfectly the music, by the way as we can’t add the .mp3 extension the player can’t reproduce the visual effect, but people will be able to listen to the music on any device without problems.
It looks like your stream is not shoutcast so I’m not able to grab the track titles, but if you can please provide your stream port I can test it.
About the schedule design I’m sorry but each theme has its own and we can’t check it (is a LOT of css and you can’t copy-paste them).

Hello, your stream is .ogg, so not the best option. You should have the possibility to change format in your streaming provider’s panel, as .mp3 works much better across all the devices, while .ogg is more limited.

Thanks for the update, unfortunately your streaming service seems has set the stream as “hidden”, means they want people to access only via their players, or you need some extra info in order to access your public stream.

You can also try to open it directly and will see same result. If your stream is SHoutCast V1, this is the problem, as Chrome considers it dangerous and blocks it.

Hello, the player only supports aac and mp3, but most of the browsers doesn’t support AAC so we can say only mp3 stream works fine everywhere.

Hello Martin, no problem the Popup URL is a custom URL in the customizer. We just offer a default Popup player template for the people who don’t have their own html page, but of course is totally created for normal cases like yours, so you can link it to whatever URL you want.
If you want to embed a special player in the off-canvas sidebar, as well, we can help you in putting your player in the template file, which is a short procedure. Let me know in case of any other question, thanks!
Hi there, Visual Composer will not work, it does not display when building pages, and has an x next to the plugin. I have updated the theme to latest update, re installed the visual composer plugin, deactivated all plugins one by one to test if this allows visual composer to work however nothing helps… it seems to be broken..

Ok I understand what you mean now. Are 2 separate things.
REGARDING ACTIVATION:
You actually receive with the theme a “bundle license” which is not a “Personal License”, is a different type of license. The plugin IS active, their additional “activation” is just to receive auto updates, which are not good in bundle because we need to test the new plugin versions before delivering the update with the theme updates.
We need to test the new plugin versions and adapt them to the product before packing them together and delivering them with the updates. So basically the plugin version you have is slightly different from the official one of the market as is “tweaked” for our theme.
The authors of the premium plugins tries to convert the customers of the themes including bundled plugins in new customers for the single plugin by pushing constant small updates and heavy notification bars in your backend, even thou there are very small improvement that often you won’t notice.
So just discard the messages and don’t worry about them , we will delivery new plugin versions regularly with the theme updates.
VISUAL COMPOSER NOT APPEARING:
I guess you are trying to use it on post types different than “pages”, which requires to edit the plugin settings. Answer is in their official manual, a video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBABbWmaVh4

Hello, nice theme. I was wondering if there is a way to have the streaming player stops when i go and hit play to a podcast mixclould or soundcloud player. It might be annoying to keep on hitting play here and stop there over and over every time you listen to a podcast. I know there is a mixclould api and soundcloud out there that might do the trick… I was also wondering if i have the same streaming source in the main player and in the popup player as well, will the main player stops if i chose to go with the popup one.

Hello, are very good hints and there are apis for both soundcloud and mixcloud, in fact we built a free soundcloud and mixcloud importer based on that, but now they are almost bot giving api keys to anybody, which would make useles the very big effort needed to develop that part of the software. We won’t stop improving the theme but i dont know if this thing will ever be possible. Thanks and have a great day!

Actually it embeds the normal wordpress player because the radio player has been tweaked in order to manage the volume, instead of skipping cur, so it would be inpractical for liatening a podcast.
