Pre-purchase question: I’ve noticed it’s possible to edit an single post with the Fusion Pagebuilder. Is it possible to start with a blank fullwidth canvas (without post title and so on) to set up, writing and designing a single post?

- is the “Construction” Demo available when I buy a new licence now? - what if I want to setup the website on a staging environment (eg. staging.domain.com) first and then later release it on the clients site (client.com). How does this work?

It does not matter if you buy a new license or you have an old Avada license as our demos are 100% free and all you need to get the demos is be on the latest version so you can have all the demos you want.
Also, you can use the same license for staging and live site as far as its just a staging site, if you want to use the license on a live site you have to buy a separate license.

Hi, I would like to buy your theme, but before the purchase I have one question. We do want the main navigation being centered in layout something like that:
2 links (left side of the logo), then logo in the center, and another two links (right side of the logo)

Hi, I’m looking forward to buy your theme. I need my website to be multilingual and want to use polylang. I googled a bit and found there’s maybe compatibility problem with slider revolution to make it different for every language.

Hello, there are some incompatibilities when viewing your theme on Firefox and Microsoft browsers because of the Fusion Builder. We can see these issues on your demo websites. This is not a problem with any theme using Visual Composer.
Example: - negative margins (-50px) do not work on FIrefox or Microsoft browsers. If you look at any demo of your theme, you can see that a container with a background, with a negative margin that should line up with the footer instead has a white space between container and footer, but not when viewed on Chrome.
As the top theme on Themeforest, why is this a problem and when will it be fixed?

It would also be helpful to have some information on the specific browser version you’re seeing the issue on as well as which OS you’re using.

Which page builder plugin are you currently working with? We don’t officially test against other page builder plugins, but some Avada users do have setups where they use the Fusion Page builder with other page builders simultaneously. We’ve been reading a lot about the Gutenberg editor and the plans that Wordpress have to roll it into version 4.9
As yet we haven’t had time to test the current Gutenberg plugin with Enfold to see how it behaves. From what we’re seeing from the feedback in the developer forums, it doesn’t sound good.
What are your plans for Avada and Gutenberg. Will it be an easy transition or are we looking at a world of pain.

Hi, I am wondering to switch to your theme, my current themes supplier I will not even mention here is too arrogant and I want to stop that cooperation .... but anyway. Before I will purchase your theme please tell me, are you able to send me your Tax Residence Certificate ? It is kind of official document signed by government . I know it may sounds stupid but in my country it is required to count taxes propertly (I mean costs). Are you able to provide such document ? It is something I must have otherwise I must pay extra fees to my tax office when I buy from here …. stupid tax rules …. My question does not regards sales (: , I spoke to Evanto and they sent me to the author. I dont asking about invoicing and sale, I am asking you as an author of the theme are you able to provide a document called “Tax Residence Certificate” of your company (not evanto) ? I need such document from the suppliers only once/year it is not invoice, it is “tax residence certificate”

Thanks for the inquiry, however we are unsure of what Envato means here. Yes you do buy from the author (us) but we have zero authority or records of transactions, this would need to come from them.
They do provide us a sales slip in a way, but not personalized to be able to find yours specifically and even that is not what it seems you need.
I would recommend replying back to Envato and explain that you’ve talked to us the author (ThemeFusion) and we do not have our know anything about that type of document. Ask for the ticket to be moved up to a supervisor, that should help.

I can understand you may have no expirience with such document because it is required only by one country (: Poland – since the beginning of 2017 our tax office require gathering such documents from our suppliers otherwise we must pay here (in Poland) extra tax from each purchase here. I got always 3 separate invoices from Evanto, the no1 is their handling fee, second one is their commision, and third one is the invoice where I see details of Evanto company and additionally author company as well, so my question regards only this 3rd part of invoice Evanto send out us where the Author details are listed on it. Our tax office in Poland if see something like that they require from companies who operate on Polish territory gather such kind of document not from a “middle man” who is Evanto in this case but from the “Author” who is on the invoice. This is not anything what may cause you to pay some extra taxes in your country, this document is only for our local Polish tax office who require that kind of doc from us. I enclosed example of such documents Google sets every year for companies from Poland who purchase from them something (lets say AdWords). If I dont get that doc. I must pay here in my country extra tax, that kind of document I need prevent me from paying more than I should, it has ZERO influence on your taxes and this what you earn on it, it is just for me. As I understood you cant provide such document for Polish customers ? This document I need is only the doc which confirm you are abroad company who pays taxes in your country , thats it. No extra tax charges for you, not additional costs for you.

Getting such doc from Evanto does not solve this problem (they shared me their own tax cert doc, but it covers only invoices for their handling fee and their commision not the 3rd invoice I get from them which the cost of the licenses). You dont know our Polish tax reality so I can understand it is a strange situation to you but this is something we here have to face with so that kind of docs is must have here otherwise we break the tax law ,or must have to pay extra tax if we dont get such doc so this license will cost me more than 60$ if I dont get that doc which I need. Ok, just forget about it. There are not many people from abroad who understand how the tax law works in Poland and this is of course something I can understand because thats are stupid unnecessary rules we have to face with here. No we are not from Poland so we do not fully understand it. However, what I am saying is we have no such thing, Envato does not provide us one nor could we get one.
My advice is to ask Envato what to do, they make the money here also, they keep the money, they handle all transactions. It is 100% appropriate for them to do this because they can, we cannot.

The problem is Evanto can not provide you such document because it regards your company (not their) and your tax office in your country. Google for example sent me out their cert of tax residence signed by the Irish government they pay taxes in Ireland, so Evanto has nothing to do with your “tax cert doc” , they provide me their own which regards their business they have in Australia. Anyway, as I said I can understand that our tax rules ma not be clear because our tax law is very very complicated and require from us many different hard to understand things but this is our reality, I can only envy you dont have such problems with doing business in your country. Anyway, I already got Evanto cert of tax residence but it is not enough for me cos it covers only 2 of 3 invoices I get from them (their commision and handling fee, not the license). Anyway thanks for trying to help me with that.
