Can i add a map with the wp google maps plugin with filter and pop-ups and all or will it mess up the theme? And will it run mobile, too?

We have not tested directly but we don’t have any report fro our clients about possible issues. This pòugin just work with a shortcode inside an iframe so I think this has no impact on the theme files. Let us know if you need more infos!
Is it possible to add a logo/image and a call-to-action button to a quote carousel media item? I want testimonials and I see in the demo a gravatar is included in a couple slides but I have no idea how this appears or how to add anything other than text. Is adding an image and button doable? No you can at least recreate what you see in the demos. To connect an image you need to insert the Media ID of the image “concatenated”: http://undsgn.d.pr/sYrdfZ/KYtugkqx and in the Media Gallery settings enable also the image: http://undsgn.d.pr/g7t4UQ/ghiTM2Ba

I just bought this with the Envato hosting and it seems buggy. The delete import media button doesn’t seem to work and some pages like the ?page=ot-settings page doesn’t want to load for example. Hoping this is a hosting problem and not a theme problem?

Unfortunately we have not tested (too many addons and this is not so popular), at the same we don’t have any report from any users (so it’s possible none of our 23.000+ customers used this or that there are no issues). Sincerely I’ll never suggest to buy any themes and use a plugin to modify an important area of the site like the menu, better use the native menu. Let us know if you need more infos!

1. All categories are visible to click on? 2. The structure and setup of the shop is still userfriendly?

Hi SocialPepper! You can have only a single level filter menu, this mean you can also have subcategories but only in a single group. Yes you can create the same layout also with products (this is confirmed). Let us know if you need more infos!
Hi, Thanks for your answer. So if I understand correctly:
In the menu I can show the term “Online training” at the top of the shop page. If that filter is applied than the page can show images of the categories to click on (like: Training X and Training Y). Correct?
When clicking this (sub)category I can show the final products, being Training X1 and Training X2, etc.
I hope this is possible and that I understand it correctly

Hi, in the footer my menu links when I hover they are the same colour as the background and thus disappear. How do you change the link “hover” colour just for the footer. I did it site wide in theme customisation but it doesn’t affect the footer.

It’s possible you have set the accent color of the site with the same color of the footer? Anyway you can paste this code in the Theme Options > CSS and manually define anther color:

Hi there, I bought your theme about a half year ago and now I’am stuck with a little problem. Somehow I’am not able to add “text-shadow” to a vc heading block. I’ve been trying adding a custom css class but had no luck so far. I’ve also been looking into the theme’s css files and found some places where the text-shadow is explicitly overwritten. Could you point me in the right direction?

No unfortunately this is not an option for the layout stack but you can easy create your own layout using Visual Composer and the Media Gallery module so you can have the layout stack with lightbox too. Am I right in saying you can’t add your own ‘like’ or ‘comments’ plugins to this theme? Have tried countless plugins and none of them appear anywhere. I’d add them manually but I can’t make head nor tail of the php templates.

I have taken a look at the Uncode theme and like it very much, I am considering a purchase.
As part of my due diligence I always run any themes I’m considering for purchase through the w3.org validator.
These are the results of validation of the Uncode Creative Agency Live Preview:

Pretty odd I think this is a new setting of the NU validator. If you read the error is caused by the “alt” title on the SVG of the logo, anyway we have now modified the code and this will part of the next update (don’t check our demo since it’s cached and you don’t see the modification but this is a test from our developer stage http://undsgn.d.pr/UOewrQ/3mAxXfEK)!

Hello! My site has been live for a couple months now and I’ve had a mostly great experience with this theme.
However, one thing that really bothers me is the low Google PageSpeed Insights score, and slow load speeds (despite using local hosting).
Tried to hire some people on Upwork to take a look at it but they declined as the theme was too complicated for them.
Understand that my support has expired, but if the developers are willing to take a look at this I’ll appreciate it very much. My website is www.interstellargoods.sg. Didn’t spot the issue fast enough unfortunately :/

Hi maltase and sorry for delay! I don’t know it was possible to test Google PageSpeed from local. I see there are some issues that can be resolved, for example the first reason is the super slow server: http://undsgn.d.pr/o5Bbw/5vtP2lib
Then you have lot of problem with JS and CSS resources, this is pretty normal when it comes to WordPress themes since a theme import lot of external resources. Thanks to cache and optimisations plugin you can concatenate all these resources in few files. In next couple of weeks will publish an article in our blog how to optimise Uncode for fast loading, please contact back so you can check how to improve your site and have loading times like our demo other sites from the showcase, example.

Hi maltase, we are sorry but as you can see in my example (https://www.tomrobak.com/ or other websites from the showcase https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/ and also our demo https://undsgn.com/uncode) Uncode can run in less then a second (so the problem is relative to your installation and most of time it’s related to the server quality and performance. As you can see from your site the main problem is the server respond time that is the gap from the time you click a link and the time the new page start loading, this mean your server is super slow in PHP processing and download, once the respond from the server get back the times are good: http://undsgn.d.pr/up4Yn/3ENgAguX
First of all I suggest to try disable all plugins that you don’t use, then you can use some cache plugins to cache page and avoid server processing.
