Hello, I seem to be having a small problem with the responsive part of the theme.
We are making a page for a touch screen, and the screen are running on a android system. We would like to have 2 rows with 2 columns, but because its running on an android system it seems like it breaks the rows down to 1 even if the resolution is 1080×1920. Is it possible to disable this somehow?

Hello, yesterday I noticed that the social icons also had some unreadable text above them. There was a theme update, so I ran it. I turned off our cache plugin to make sure the update worked, and the text went away. Then I turned caching back on after confirming the text was gone and the update complete. When WP Fastest Cache is turned back on, not only does that social media text come back at the very top of the page but all drop down menus stop working. For now i have the cache off, but if you can figure out what is conflicting with the WP Cache plugin or recommend a different caching option that would be much appreciated. Thanks for a great theme!

I checked WP Fastest Cache on my environment and it works fine, you can try playing with its settings to make things work properly, or use WP Super Cache plugin instead, it should work properly right out of the box.

Hi, I’ve just client who use version 1.11 on their site. Yes, I know, terrific. I have downloaded some older version, should I use them or can I update to actual version directly? I think I saw somewhere steps how to update from 1 to 2 version, but I am not sure now. Thanks

Thank you very much. I have already access to client envato account, so maybe is better to write you from their account. Or I can write to your email directly. They have 4 Impreza licences, so I need to somehow shedule this. There will be 2x update from 1.11, 1x from 1.11.2 and 1x from 2.10. All sites have a lot of content so this needs to be handled very carefully.

I have licence with support under other client account so without it I can’t create tickets for this client otherwise I would asked there directly. Before I had all licences under my account (your support team added it manually), now they are removed and I need to log in under 4 envato accounts. It’s something what should be solved with support connected to envato account, it’s annoying for clients and everytime they need to send confirmation code because envato detects unusual login in.

It shouldn’t bring problems, go to Impreza > About and make sure your theme is Activated (take a look at this screenshot). If it’s activated, everything is fine.

I am adding the header (code above) in my .httacess and it is giving problem in the time to add product to the cart (product page), the count number is not changing for the quantity of products in the cart, but when I click to buy in the page The cart count appears correctly.

we are working on the security configuration and when we check the headers of the site we verify that the set-cookie field displays the following message:
The ‘httpOnly’ flag is not set on this cookie. The ‘secure’ flag is not set on this cookie. (This information appears when httpOnly and secure is disabled)
The reason for this is:

You can verify this information (httpOnly and secure enabled) on several sites and use this as an example:

And as for the 404 errors you reported to me, I’ve been using various performance, compatibility, location, and other test tools (pingdom, gtmetrix, webpagetest, pagespeed insights, securityheaders, siterelic, uptrends, and others), and none present me any complaints.
I already noticed that after filling in the headers a lot of people complaining here at Themeforest and the support.us-themes.com site.
Surely the problem is related to the theme, when I disable the code (Header always edit Set-Cookie (. *) ”$ 1; HTTPOnly; Secure”) from .httacess everything returns to normal. And when security is enabled the cart is not working properly.

Hi, I have a problem with product variation. I have the newest version of Impreza 4.6.1 and my WooComerce shop is 3.1.1, WordPress is also the newest.
When I try to make product with variations, when I use attribute like color or other it doesn’t meter, I can do nothing. I can’t use the attribute and can’t configure the product with variation.
If I want to add ordinary product it si OK, but when I want to add product with variation I Can’t. Before the last update of Woocomerce everything is working excellent, but now it is crash. If I try to make new product with variation the result is the same, I can’t. Can you help me with this problem?

Our developers should investigate the issue first. If it’s related to Impreza, we’ll provide a fix, if it’s related to WooCommerce plugin itself, we’ll try to fix it, in case there is no quick fix available, we’ll forward this info to WooCommerce developers.
Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to some default WordPress theme and check whether variations work or not. Also, try to replicate the issue with deactivated plugins probably there is a conflict between them.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion, i have saw where is the problem. When I deactivate the visual composer (version 5.2) WooComerce is working correctly. I can make product with variations. Of course the site is being broken. When I activate visual composer I can’t add attribute like color and I can’t make product with variations.

I just want to make a note that you requested that we delete the Header Builder and re-install it to update it. Well, I did just that, now I do not have access to my header feature, and it does not allow me to select any header options in the Header Builder Options. I know I don’t have current support from you guys, but I believe this is something that may be across the board with everyone updating this plugin. Please advise if this will be fixed soon as my client currently has no header on their business site due to this requested update…

Version 4.6 — July 11, 2017 Update today… Gave me All sorts of errors on my page and couldnt access the site from front or back end…. luckily had a copy of the previous version. Once i uploaded the previous version then everything looked fine.
