I understand that your theme does not officially support RTL languages but I would like to know is it possible to have a multi language website (two RTL languages + English) in one installation?
I want the theme to be able to load rtl.css when the language is RTL. Some solutions are provided in WPML forum but I don’t know how they have to be implemented in your theme? If I buy this theme, will you help me to add this feature?

Unfortunately I’m not aware of people using The7 for multilingual sites with both RTL and LTR writing. Though it may work, I cannot guarantee the result and, therefore, cannot recommend purchasing The7.

Hi, Why is my account blocked in your support system? I have bought another 9 themes with you with 6 months support which i can not use for weeks now. Your system keeps saying my account is locked for security reasons and I should use the forgot password function which I have done now 10 times and I get nothing. What’s the point of support if i can not get access to it? Am I going to get an extension to my support? or do i have to create a new account every time I get a theme?

Either you or somebody else have tried to log into your account with a wrong password. Therefore system automatically locked your user.
We realize that this can be an inconvenience. However consider the fact that we store FTP and WP-admin accesses of numerous users in our help-desk. Therefore we have to take extra steps to provide maximum possible security.
You can unlock your user by restoring your password. If you do not receive the password restore link from support(at)dream-theme.com, look for it in the SPAM folder of your mail. If all else fails, you can post your username for our help-desk here and our staff will reset your password and send it to you.

There’s no built in ajax search feature in the theme yet. You can implement it by using a third party plugin but you will not be able to place that search bar into the header.
Which third party plugin can you suggest me
We only used ajax search for WooCommerce. All plugins that we’ve tested worked fine. As for other post types – we have no particular recommendations.

Heyyyy Awesome Dream-Theme! It’s been a while, and just checked out The 7 latest demos and updates WOW! I hadn’t ever used my theme purchase for a client site (mobile parallax been a #1 for sometime here) curious if on scroll animations and parallax can now work on mobile view? ⚡️ #YOUROCK!

Mobile parallax is still a bit of a problem. Though, if I’m not mistaking, you CAN set it up using Ultimate Addons. Same goes for scroll animations. It will eat up quite a bit of browser resources, but you can set it up.

There’s noting in newest version of theme that can cause lag in text loading. Though, maybe Google made some changes in Google Font delivery and you are noticing it..

Does anyone have a link to the previous version of this theme . I need this version v.5.3.0.3 (Jun 29, 2017) please. I installed the latest version a few days ago and its conflicted with about 4 plugins Especially Event Manager meaning all even bookings forms are not working.

Hi, I just purchased The7 and have been having a hairpulling last 3 days trying to change the font colour. It’s stuck on a maroon red no matter what I do, and I’ve tried everything in the theme wizard. Help!
I also went to the extremes of trying to use a font plug in, which resulted in the white screen of death on both the front end and admin panel. I need to finish this project by the weekend and this whole font issue is the only thing slowing me down.

White screen of death… this theme has been the most frustrating theme to deal with but I’m so close to the finishing of my project. Every font is red and I can’t get rid of it, even changing themes and deleting the whole theme and reinstalling!!!

Hi! We have a WP running with a The7.2 theme wich was provided by our old web agency. Since we switched to a new agency we need to update the theme – but I am not sure if we are fully compatible with the The7 theme (as we have The7.2) – is it the same theme? Or just an old version? Hello Patrick, The7 v.2 is almost 3 years old now (current version is 5.3). You’ll have to make considerable amount of changes in order to update to newest version of theme.
Great theme, we love it! We did have an issue though, not all “portfolio” pages allow you to pick a number that will display for the amount of items. Portfolio – Masonry and Grid are set at 10 “per page”. Is there a way to just have them all load? There are no options to check and even the support page on this only had one of them that you can pick a number ( I believe its portfolio – justified grid ). Thank you

Just a head’s up – after the last theme update we’re getting a wordpress error. It does not seem to affect functionality so there is no rush, but wordpress is generating this error: Error : Please fix your theme to make plugins work correctly: Go to the Theme Editor and insert <?php wp_head(); ?> just before the </head> line of your theme’s header.php file

Just checked it: wp_head() is where it should be.. Maybe there’s some plugin conflicting with the theme, or files were damaged during the update?
OR it may be caused by the fact that wp_head() and </head> are in separate template part files. But it was like that from the day one and never caused any issues.
I think you are correct, that it was a plugin. Since the update, a few plugins have been updated and the problem disappeared. Just wanted to make you guys aware in case it was a small error. All is good, thank you.
