Hi there, in the process of fixing the original problem you messed up our home page – all the items from the right side bar have fallen to the bottom left, on the visual composer in the backend it is showing up in the right place but not on the front end, in other words it’s not in the same position on the front end. I have the original ticket open and had brought this to your attention yesterday and today and no one has gotten back to us about this still. This is really bad ethically and terrible in terms of customer service. If in the process of fixing the problem, you noticed things got messed up, you should have fixed it and if you didn’t notice it, we brought it your attention right away and no one has bothered to get back to us or fixed the mess up. So, please fix the home page mess up you created, we haven’t touched it or done anything to it since I brought the daily deals section problem to your attention. We noticed the mess up as soon as we checked back in, in response to you telling us that the daily deals problem was fixed.

Hello, everything from the sidebar is back in place now, thank you for fixing that, but the daily deals on our site does not look like the demo at all, the demo daily deals sits in a neat little box (I’m talking about the thin lined square around it) that’s just the right size, but on our site, the daily deals does not look like that, first off, there’s no box around it, so it’s this ugly unprofessional looking section arranged in a tier with lots of white space, please fix so it looks like the demo. I’m not sure why we’re having all these problems. This is the first time, in all our years of purchasing themes from this marketplace, that we’ve had these weird problems with a theme. Please fix asap. Thanks.

Thank you for the reply skyoftech. I created a ticket in your support system as well. I get the “Are you sure you want to do this?” after clicking import demo data but then there is nothing to do from there, meaning no button to click saying yes or no. I am simply stuck.

Is this theme woocommerce 3.0 friendly? I already bought the theme but I am afraid to upgrade my woocommerce.

I bought the theme on Jan 15 2017, it says in the description that the theme fully support rtl and can be fully translated. The real case – it can not, you can tranlate most parts of the thme but not all of them.
I’ve Opened a ticket in YouTech support center on Feb 14th and the answer I’ve got was that the theme currently not support fully translation and they will inform me at the moment they’ll update the theme for this issue. after three months without answer I’ve asked to get refund for the theme as I lost my customer (and money) because of this translation issue, It was four days ago and I still waiting for YouTech response.

How do you customize the theme colors? In the theme details it says “This theme comes with 6 color styles. Besides, it gives you the full control in customizing color schemes in back-end.” but I’m not sure how to customize them beside editing every single item in css from the theme child which will take me the whole week(that I can’t waste) just to set-up my theme design.
I’m a web developer using another account from the one that purchased the theme (the agency that I work for) I have the purchase code to prove it if you need me to.
I read the theme manual but couldn’t find much about how to customize the colors of the theme.
