hi some plugin want to be activation . but where i found the activations code like LayerSlider WP, how it works

You do not need to activate the license unless you want direct support from the plugin developer (by purchasing a copy directly). We provide support in our forums and updates as they are made available from the plugin developer.

Hi, I am looking to buy this theme. Before that i want to know full list of plugins which are included with this theme. As claimed on your website and here.. there are nearly 30 35 plugins included with theme.so i want to know full list. Also does this plugins are fully activated and can be updated automatically.. or we need to buy this plugins separately to get full functionality. I am surly looking to buy this theme but before that i want to check all claims as i have already got fooled by such claim here once.. you guys just include free version on plugin and say free plugin included but that we can also do it from wordpress plugin repository..

You can see a full list of our Extensions here.

Each X license purchase includes a copy of all of our Extensions for your optional use on one site. These are a combination of tools we have developed in-house and 3rd party plugins. We fully support each Extension as well as provide updates as they are available. Each of the 3rd party plugins are available for purchase directly from the makers of those tools only if you want direct support from the product creators or access to premium resources they may make available to their customers (your X purchase code will not allow you to register for support from the creator of the plugin). Keep in mind you are not required to purchase a license as the tool is provided with your purchase and supported by Themeco.

I read a lot about X and Pro lately. I am looking for a theme/app to easily and fast build customized sites (and even drag&drop newsletters) for my clients in wordpress.

Is it possible to build sites using material design (https://material.io/guidelines/material-design/introduction.html) with either X or Pro (or both)?

Is it possible to test both – X and Pro? For example buy a licence of X for testing and download Pro as well at your website (without activating, just for testing) and later on switch licences if wanted?

Thanks for writing in. As they are separate themes, there isn’t a way to switch back and forth. X can be purchased on ThemeForest, and Pro from us directly. We’re not using Material Design for anything, although with some custom CSS you could reproduce a similar look and feel.

I am on the lastest version of X theme, i.e. 5.1.0. However, our WooCommerce is out of date. Kindly request you to please and guide how to take it forward.

I’m looking for a barrier-free theme, that allows customers relying on screen readers and other assistance technologies, to browse the site. As your theme strieves for accessibility, I’d like to know wether the following feature your theme offers would be barrier-free as well: “Accordion” and “Tabbed Content”. (I don’t need those two options per se, anything that lets you click on some short texts and then reveals the rest of the according text, without redirecting to a different page, will do fine.)

I couldn’t figure that one out yet, but everything else in the X looks so fine, that I really hope to be able to settle for this theme. Best wishes~

Thanks for writing in. With X we follow accessibility best practices but don’t adhere to any standards. Presently, we’re aware of issues with our accordions where the labels are accessible, but the inner content is not. Regretfully this makes those features not entirely barrier-free as you’d like.

Thank you for your quick reply! What about the “tabbed content” feature? Can one access the inner content as well as the outer content with this feature? I don’t need both, accodrion and tabbed, one of them (or a similar alternative) would be enough.

I’m sorry for not including that information. The tabs are in a similar situation as the accordions. I can’t confirm if they’re fully accessible to the degree you require

I’m coming from using Avada – and after buying this theme I had to hunt high and low for your layered PSD files for client mockup purposes. Long story short, I found the x-photoshop file, however it in no way reflects the options your theme claims to offer. In Avada’s layered PSD files – we had options for header styles / etc. In yours, you’ve done a quick PSD of one example of a page – with no alternate styles included. As a designer – Avada’s theme PSDs saved me mockup time – did I miss something, or are your layered PSDs surface level only?

Literally at a loss for words – people who want them have never taken issue with the fact that we provide a direct link to download them if they need them as opposed to including megabytes of data that only a handful of our customers have ever used. Regarding a refund, Envato handles all aspects of that, and you can read more about the process here.

I think your tone toward a customer’s design workflow, with the added lack of support for the layered PSD you claim to include on your seller page shows your level of “quality support”. Glad I got a taste of this early on before we were deep in development! :)

We care a great deal about customer support and invite you to check out just a few of the testimonials we have received towards that end. We encourage our customers to use any workflow that helps them most, we simply do not know of any customers still using PSDs as part of that process when using X and Cornerstone due to how our products were developed (and why we provide them as a download when and if needed). This does not mean designing a page or layout are completely unnecessary ever – just not as helpful as in years past given the tech at your disposal in our offering. I’m confident you would have seen this first hand had you spent time using the products as it looks like you just purchased about 2 hours ago.

I have an issue with my Sub Menu links… it seems when its under the woocommerce page /shop/ or /product-category/family-shirt its not showing..

but when i’m on the root of my website ex. www.mytees.com.. the sub menu are showing..

Thanks for writing in. X would give you flexibility when it comes to your site layout and design. As for the functionality, this would be determined by what plugins you end up using. We don’t have a specific recommendation for the features you’re looking for, but in our experience X works great with anything coded to WordPress best practices. There may be WooCommerce extensions available to achieve your goals. X has a seamless integration with WooCommerce, so the cart and checkout experience look and feel nice with your combination of theme options.

Thanks for writing in. I can add this to our feature request list. For now, you could reach out in the forums. Many users have been able to stylistically change out some of the existing networks with child theme modifications. For example, you could have the Twitter (or any unused network) icon changed to show Vkontakte instead.

Come on guys, not possible to validate license, why is not working properly this process, several people are having this problem.

Hello, We are having an issue with our X theme where pages are sometimes loading an old layout. We recently went through the website and changed the layouts, and the new layout loads most of the time, but oddly, the old page layout is loading sometimes. We thought that perhaps the two different page templates were loading from separate databases, but that’s not the case. Now we’re stuck. Can you help us figure this out?

I bought the X Theme, I installed on one website with my theme forest purchase code! But I need to deactivate the licence to install on a new website, since the old one does not work anymore. But when I try to activate my licence on my new site, it says it is still active… I tried to create an apex account, but each time I log out and can’t log in anymore, and I can’t activate my licence in the account either, it says it is already used… How can I do to make things work??

It sounds like your purchase code is in a different Apex account so you would need to login there to cancel the license. If you are unsure of your login information, please contact us directly with your email, username, and purchase code and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.

P.S. If you are getting a 500 error when trying to login try clearing the cookies on your browser and you should be good to go on that part.

The apex registration system seems to be down. I cannot create an account to validate the theme. The response I get is a 500 internal server error. Please advise.
