Hello, I wanted to report a bug with the Visual Composer.
I noticed in the “Our Team” Visual Composer page builder module, the “Content” section of these are not showing. Not exactly sure why. I don’t recall when they stopped showing, but I have tried the previous version of VC, a long with the updated version of 5.2.2 but looks like that didn’t fix it either.

hello, how about brute force attack? do you have any advice how to protect this web? i have plugin loginizer and wordfence, but still have many fake trial to login admin panel.

plugins are not good choice when it comes to the brute force attacks and this should be properly secured at the server level so we recommend to speak with your admin/hosting provider.

Hello. I want to change the Wordpress instalation to an other domain. How can I migrate my BeTheme 20.4 installation to another domain without affecting the registration of the license? Or How should I perform this process?

for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc.
But first, please de-register license on a current site, then use above plugins and when the site would be migrated to a new domain, please register license on a new domain.

to update bundled plugins, please update theme first to its latest version and then go to BeTheme > Install Plugins section, check the plugins you want to update and choose “Update” action.

I just updated to v20.4 and I’m still getting a dashboard notice about out-dated woocommerce templates. Specifically just this one file: betheme/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0 Am I missing something?

you got this message about “outdated copies” because you did update WooCommerce plugin but you did not done the same with the BeTheme. To use recent version of WooCommerce plugin, you need to have recent version of the theme as well.
Therefore, please remove all theme files (whole /betheme/ folder) via FTP, download the newest version and then upload the newest betheme folder instead. A lot of things has changed in recent WooCommerce version and that’s why it is so important to remove all theme files from FTP first.

I know this is a repeated question, but I am using Buddypress with multisite so people can create their own subsites using the subdirectory method. Is the Be Theme ok with this? Will people be able to use the Be Theme on their subsite if I network enable it?

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

I am looking at buying BE theme from Envato Market. I had a few questions for which I will need your help in understanding.
The website will have one main page, followed by 3 other pages (as sub-domains). For Example, if my website is hosted on www.example.com, them I am looking at having sub-domains for my product pages, such as www.product1.example.com, www.product2.example.com etc. Can I use the same license for the sub-domains?

HI there, small question , on the system status (betheme system status or dashboard) i always get PHP Time Limit = 30 so i changed settings of the PHP (i have a shared hosting account but i can make changes to the php settings for my own plan but i changed to 180 etc and stills keeps telling PHP Time Limit = 30
do i have to clear something, erase a file ? any advice ?
cause the php settings do not reflect changes on the system status in wordpress , i alrady make a file with phpinfo function and settings are ok and up to date

How to prevent some pages to appear in the search option?
For example, I have a page (Homepage),,, I clone the page as backup… (Backup – Homepage).
When I use search option in the site,, it shows me the results (in pages Homepage and Backup Homepage).

We use default WP search and it searches in the whole database and there is no way to exclude specific pages from the search page. If you will send us link to your search page and tell us which page you want to exclude, we will see if this could be achieved with custom css.
Hi, I have a question for the portfolio section. If I hover over an item, it is only cklickable on the title to open the portfolio-item page. Is it somehow possible to change the behaviour to be able to click anywhere on the portfolio image to open the page? Thanks!
