You can import 3 pre-built websites simultaneously, however:
- Theme Options – will be used only options from the last installed pre-built website.
- Menu Items – will be duplicated
- Pages & Posts – only those with unique names will be imported, e.g., Home will be imported only once.

Hi, I just purchased the theme and ran before walking! Installed Ad Agency and rather than reading the documentation I just went straight in! Added the demo content before I installed the slider plugin. Now I get an error on home page where sliders should be. Checked home page in visual but cannot see where the slider is supposed to be so not able to edit. Cannot added slider demo content either as the demo link is no longer in the menu!

Please use slider import option which is available in BeTheme version 20 or higher. Please update the theme if necessary.
Make sure that the Revolution Slider plugin is installed and activated.
To import a single slider from specified demo please go to: BeTheme > Pre-built websites and select demo with the slider you want to install.
In the third step select: Selected data only > Revolution Slider demo

I started again, did a reset and did it properly and it worked! Thanks for the fast response. How do I switch off the slider if its not required at all? Just deactivate the plugin?

You can import the pre-built website called Splash. It is not part of the theme, has plenty of custom CSS code, so it is intended for advanced users only.

when post my url on facebook my description says “BeTheme is the most advanced WordPress theme we ever did etc.. where can I change that? and I see some previous comment said it has to wait for FB to capture it again but my questions is I don’t know where to change at all.

You can change the site description in the WordPress admin panel.
Please go to Settings > General > Tagline and enter your description.
Yes, it is true that it will not change right away on Facebook because it is cached on their side.

When development is done please deregister the theme and use Duplicator plugin to migrate your website.

After migration please register purchase code at the final domain.
You can also use local server like XAMPP, on which the theme can be registered simultaneously with the final domain.

I bought the theme and has registered on my website . I had a problem with Wordpress so i completely removed it and uninstalled on the same website. When I reinstall betheme, it says register theme and when i enter my purchase code, it says “Purchase code already used, Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on” . I do not have it registered anywhere else as this is the same website and domain ( webcook.pl ) on which i registered it before removing and reinstalling Wordpress. What do i do please?

Hello! I did not buy the theme. My client bought version 17.8.3 and sent me to install. So I installed the theme in Wordpress 4.7.5 and I used the Parallax version. I configured the minimalist menu for the site. And because it was a one page version, I used the anchors (custom ID) for each section of the page. In the menu I insert custom links containing #sectionname. However it is not working. When I click on a menu item, it does not take the page to the desired section. How can I do to resolve this issue? Thank you!
