Hello!
I removed the product meta (sku, categories etc.) with the following code provided by you guys some months back:
.sku_wrapper{display: none;} .tagged_as{display: none;} .posted_in{display: none;}
Thing is – the two “hr” tags (dividers) that were above and below the product meta is still visible, and from what I can see, they are not in a div which I can hide. These “hr” tags appear hardcoded?
Can I just check if there is a way to remove them? For reference, you can see one of my product pages (https://interstellargoods.sg/shop/interstellar/bubi-bottle/). There are 2 dividers just after the “Add to Cart” button.

Hi! I’m using my site as one-pager and set all the menu items with the right tags. However I can’t get the revolution slider at top to work. I’ve got setup the menu top as ‘Home’ and want the site to scroll to the slider when pressed. I’ve got the revolution slider selected in the page menu options of my homepage. When I put the revolution slider as row, I lose the ability to have the menu transparent. Thanks in advance!
Hi! Create an external Content Block, insert a row and remove the internal padding a, name this row and insert the SliderRevolution. Set this new Content Block as your new header from the Page Options. This will help you 100%. Let me know if you have problems.
Hello, We are using this theme with WooCommerce and are trying to use the shortcode for displaying sale products. We created a page and entered the shortcode in Classic Mode like this:
[sale_products per_page="12" columns="4" orderby="title" order="ASC"]
This displays the products but they are in an owl carousel.
We also used the visual builder to try this but the same results happen.
How do we make this page show these products the same as a product category listing page?

I’m having trouble with increasing the Max Input Vars to 3000. I edited the max_input_vars in the php.ini file from 1000 to 3000, but Bluehost says it’s not recognizing it. Bluehost is on a shared server where they can only edit the max_input_vars in the php.ini file and they can not reboot the shared server. The other option of changing it in the .htaccess file can not be done with Bluehost. Is there an alternate solution for this? Thank you!

I want only to note that 1000 is very out of date value, for example WooCommerce or WPML plugins require 1000 vars just to work. I wait your update!

Hi, I’ve got a problem with the color code of Visual Composer. E.g. when I want to give or change the color of the background of a row I click Select or on the dropdown but nothing happens. I tried to turn off all plugins and just have Uncode core enabled but this also didn’t work. Do you know something about this issue? (i guess it’s WPBakery anway but I thought maybe more users experience this)

Yes, exactly, authors without posts have page without photo of author and bio.
And in content area there is message “Nothing found” with search box. Instead that I would like nothing in this area until they wrote a post.
I want to use author pages as profiles of team members. Some of team members has not posts. Every team member will be linked from https://magneting.sk/o-nas/ to his/her author profile like it is with Michala Cellerova.
Now make more sense, yes it’s possible we can insert more controls even if unless you have posts the author is accessible. Right now I suggest to create 4-5 static pages so you can have the same layout and for the posts author insert a Posts module with the query to only this author: http://undsgn.d.pr/JORtKi/10xmf9MU
In the main while I pass this to developers to be inserted in next update (unfortunately is not something I can suggest now a simple line of code to be modified)!

Is it possible to edit the theme so that I can utilize a single post per page similar to the ‘Image Instagram’ blog post type shown in the demo and make it the homepage? I’m looking to create a photoblog where the landing page is latest post. and would need a means to navigate back and forth between posts. Thanks.

Please, I need help, I have big problem with iPhone. Problem is that only on iPhone home page loads in half screen, and then when I rotate iPhone from Portrait mode to landscape mode and then rotate again back to Portrait mode, only then everything is shown good and across the full screen.

Hi nmdigital2015! Do you refer to the header? We see the site works fine but the header not, right? This header is created with Slider Revolution (not native Uncode header), you just missed to insert some settings for the slider itself, just to test if you activate the native WordPress theme you should see the same problem: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/layer-responsive-behavior/

When I set a mp4 video as background in a full width row, the video only appear in this mode in firefox, chrome and safari. In IE11 and Edge the video don’t appear at full width. The video appears narrow, in the center of the row, with a black background to the sides, but if I set a youtube/vimeo background the video appear fine at full width row.

Hi andreasplassmann! No unfortunately we don’t have request about extra menu plugins. I had seen some websites with extra megamenu plugin but I don’t remember if was Uber or something else. Anyway we discourage to use a plugin for an important feature like the menu. You can simply add background with few line of CSS code. Let us know if you need some suggestions!
Hi, You did an AMAZING JOB with this theme. Really, very powerful features with a few clicks. I recommend this theme without any doubt. But… it’s not perfect. You say it’s compatible with Custom Post Types but it is not 100%: filters mixes all taxonomies. For example: if I create a “books” category, the filter mixes WP categories with my custom “books” categories.
It would be great aswell if the query builder allows boolean options not only “and”. I would need “or”, “not”, at least. You reduce a lot its usability without them.
Another thing: “carousel” is not working well on my site, I am forced to use “isotope” instead. When I add two or more embedded videos under “media” with “Carousel” format it makes them huuuuge and unusable.
More: I think also lazy load is not working well because when I have more than 20-30 blog items it takes A LOT to load, and they only have 3 fields: media, title and excerpt. I have more than a hundred items and I have had to paginate them.
Minor improvements like video info customization, among others, would be very appreciated.
Hope they fix it soon with updates, because this probabily the best theme I ever tried (and I work with lots of themes).

1. I don’t grasp properly this point sorry. The Posts module show all the categories found in the thumbnails loop, if a thumb has a category applied this category will be also in the filter menu.

1.- That’s the point. If I assign a WP category AND a custom category to a blog item, it is very important to have the possibility to choose if I want both categories in the filter, one, or seven. But mixing categories on filtering by default, without any chance of customization, it results on a very strange behaviour, mixing categories items. I think the most normal case is choosing only one category, not many, becaus, as I said, it’s confusing: each category represent a different kind of item segmentation. Am I explaining it well? sorry for my english. It’s difficult to me to explain such a particular case.

1. Yes it’s possible you have this scenario but it’s also a not so common request… most of users just need to show the assigned categories (that is normal). Anyway it’s pretty easy to hide the undesired one with a single line of CSS code. In case we need to check your preview to retrieve the code you need.
3. Sorry really not easy without a check to the complete code, as you can see this perfectly works in Uncode and it’s impossible debug from a single screenshot. Let us know if you can show more we are happy to debug.
4. Yep Facebook it’s basically based only on infinite scroll and it’s completely different from a WordPress theme, probably this is one of the most complex and advanced web application out there.

For example, in your video, “culture”, “lifestyle” and “arts” may belong to WP native categories, but I create another taxonomy that includes “travel” and “business”. I wish to hide this entire taxonomy so I can’t see “travel” and “business” at once.

1. No this is an effective workaround, anyway it’s pretty simple you just need clone and modify the CSS name space to create a code that work for you in 3 seconds.

You are asking help for a feature that is not part of the theme, so consider this an easy workaround unless you don’t want to work with PHP files.

I am not scared to work with PHP if you point me to the right place anf method to do it. Actually, my theme is a child one, so it’s prepared to modify the code without risks in further theme updates.
And finally, let me tell you not only have made an incredible job with this theme, you have an UNBELIEVABLE SUPPORT SERVICE (extremely fast, resolutive and kind). I haven’t seen this ever with many other themes I bought. Congratulations!!
