Hi. Good Morning. I’m thinking of buying this theme. But I want to solve a doubt. I would like to know if I could translate the content of a demo into my language (Spanish). For example: the demo “GestHouse” ..... could I replace the text “small guest house” with “Casa de invitados en España”? I would also like to translate the rest of the words that appear in the demo. Is the process simple? I expect a response that will help me decide if the “Be” theme is right for me. Thank you very much.

yes, you can translate the content of a demo into own language and it’s pretty simple. All you need to do is replace existing text with own.

Pre Sale Question: Can tags be created in different tag categories?
Let’s I want to create some blog post that belong to different groups of tags. Say there is tag group for related country so, I’d have US, UK, France, and so on. I assume tags would be a way to implement that.
But if there should be other types of tag, e.g. a group of tags for technology – PHP, Python, Java, etc.
And there could be more groups for e.g. project size (small, medium, large), status (planned, in progress, finished) just to name a few things.
Obviously these different groups of tags should not be mixed up. Is there a way to do that, in the description it only states that tags are supported?

Hello – I been further looking into my problem with noot being able to update the packaged plugins (Layer Slider & Slider Revolution). Its says when I try to update after installing the newest version of the theme, that “the update package is not available.” Am I doing something wrong or have you changed anything in regards to the way updating prepackaged works. The site is of course registered.

This problem can be caused by several things:
1. You have used a duplicate plugin and migrated development site do final domain without theme deregistration. Please deregister the theme on both development and final domain and register just on the final domain.
2. You have some server limits. Please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Checked, and it looks like I am running php 5 instead of 7. Also there is a limit on the vars to about 1000. I’ll try solving that and see if that changes anything. Thanks for the speedy reply.

Do you guys offer any kind of money back guarantee?
I paid for the theme hoping that it would be a great alternative to Avada, but the builder is among the worst UI’s I have ever experienced in my career.
I cannot figure out how to do the most basic of things.
I want to add a list, but the list block only allows one item, a list consists of multiple items, that’s why it’s called a list.
So I figured I’d try an infobox. The infobox defaults with a bright blue background and no option to change it.
No title item, only a fancy title item. So I have to use the visualbuilder item, which doesn’t allow me to customise the title in any way and without adding custom CSS, I cannot even remove the default 1px line that runs through it.
Considering Be Theme is one of the best selling themes, I am shocked that the builder is so limited and difficult to use.
Anyway, there’s absolutely no way I can achieve what I wanted (which was quite basic) with Be theme, so if I can get a refund, that would be great.

Starting from now i have to buy a new license ( practically buy the theme again and again) if i want to use it on different domains for my different clients???

In reference to TF license and agreements, 1 purchased license can be used for 1 site/domain only.

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build.
Of course, this applies to all themes on ThemeForest and has not changed recently. Since the beginning of ThemeForest 1 license = 1 end product.

One of our new clients is using your theme, we require the use of Jetpack to create the post galleries, as we are not entirely sure how to create in-post galleries with your themes.
Jetpack galleries don’t seem to work though.
