Why is that the menu text colour stay white when you have a layerslider selected for the page and have the slider under the header?
edit: sorry I should add and you make the header transparent so the slider sits up in the menu area?
I have selected the text colour black but it turns white for some reason.

Hi!
Where can I increase the height of the header? I can’t find the right size for the logo, it just goes below the header box. I have tried as little as 100×100 px logo and still it doesn’t fit to the header properly.

If you only need this page, please download the full package of the theme.
Create a new page using the WordPress classic editor “Text” mode, then in thefox_full_package folder open the demo_pages_txt_files and copy the content of the landing03.txt file in the page content and publish the page.
This should create the landing page that use the section you are looking to re-create.

Just renewed Support license, only to find the ticket system is down. Just manually updated theFox today, and now I get messages that SliderRevolution and LayerSlider are out of date, and worse yet Visual Composer is not working, so I cannot edit pages as I normally have. Help!

What you need to do, go to plugins and deactivate and delete the plugins that need to be updated.
Then from Appearance > Install plugins you will be able to install the latest version of the plugins.
If you prefer you can also update the plugins via ftp, you can find the plugins zip files in thefox/includes/plugins folder.

Nice looking theme you’ve got! I have two pre-sales questions:
1. Are the demo pages made with Visual Composer? Some themes include the VC plugin but the pages aren’t actually made with it so it’s a hassle to try to change something.
2. Does the images come with the demo?

3. Some are made with the Slider revolution, other with visual composer module. Anyway you can edit the mobile view to use a different font size if needed.

My support has expired but I hope you can answer a couple of simple and quick questions relating to theme update that might also help others looking to do the same.
I’m still on Version 1.0 of the theme but would like to update to the latest release of Version 2.0. Is it a straight ‘swap’ – i.e. upload and activate Version 2.0 and all Version 1.0 content moves across?
Is the latest release compatible with the latest versions of Wordpress and Visual Composer? Is there anything particular to watch out for?

If you are still on the version 1.0 using the old visual composer and still the old wordpress version you would need to :
- Delete the visual composer plugin you are currently using.
- Update the theme
- Update WordPress
Then go edit each page and change the row settings because our parallax settings changed.
Before doing any changes we highly recommend you to take a backup of your current installation.

I’m on whatever the last release of Version 1.0 was and whatever release of VC was coupled with that. Wordpress I’m on the latest release (4.8.1) but it’s causing me problems as the VC row settings (text colour and font etc) no longer work, hence I need to update the main theme.
Does this change anything you suggested above?
When is the next update that includes the latest version of VC?

Remove the visual composer from your site ( you can do it from ftp wp-content/plugins/js_composer ) then go to Appearance > Install plugins from your dashboard to install the VC latest version.

A few suggestions for the Coming Soon Page I would love to see:
1. Be able to disable the countdown timer
2. Being able to Change the background color when setting it to dark or light or maybe even adding your own image.
3. The ability to add social media Icons to this page.
4. Allow user to add a progress bar to show how far along they’ve finish the site.
5. Multiple field email address, so it’s not just email but Name and Email.
6. Rotation of ball counter clock wise.

I purchased this theme quite a ways back. We love it, and haven’t had major issues until now, and I believe I am unable to get support because it’s been a while since I purchased this. The issue we are having is that our hosting provider cannot currently upgrade the PHP version. We’re at 5.2.14 – they are looking into options to upgrade us, but until then I can not use this theme, or at least need an older version that would work. Any suggestions? Thanks! Any response would be greatly appreciated as our website will be down until this is resolved.

Unfortunately we don’t have an old version compatible to 5.2.x version, also the latest WordPress version and visual composer are not compatible with 5.2.x version.
Except upgrading your php version to 5.3.x or higher we don’t have a solution.
