Just a question: Is it possible to set some portfolio items to open the item page, and other just open a pop up? By this i mean, if it’s possible to set one category to open the product page but other categories just open a pop with the feature image. I’m going to rebuild my website and need to know if this is possible. Thanks!!!

we have an option to open portfolio items in a popup or the item page but it is possible to set once for all portfolio items and not individually.

to display shopping cart on mobile, you need to uncheck HIDE Icons & Action Button option under BeTheme Options > Responsive > Header > Top Bar section.

Hi. Good afternoon.
I had registered the Be Theme in a test domain. When checking that everything was OK I deleted that installation of the Be Theme (in the domain marindeespinosa.com). Also the administrator and the database. But I have not unregistered the installation. I do not have much experience in this type of functions.
Now I want to install Be Theme in the definitive domain. But the system does not allow me to do this. It tells me that I should unregister the Be Theme (the installation I have already deleted).
What I can do?

Already solved. I have reinstalled the theme Be in the test domain. I have entered the registration key and deregistered the theme. No problem. Now I will register it in its definitive domain. Thank you very much. I will return with more doubts.

I’ve tried to open a ticket but I’m having issues creating an account. But I’ve built my site using BeTheme and we’re noticing the back-end of WP is being very very slow. So we explored whether we had too many plugins and deactivated a few and it seems like one of the challenges is that the slider revolution seems to be slowing the back-end a bit. We are running other sites with different clients and the slider revolution doesn’t cause us any issues with their themes. Now we have quite a few galleries on this site we created and we’re not sure how we get the back-end to work quicker, would love some guidance as we’ve spoken to the hosting and we’ve done what we can but are still having issues. Are you guys familiar with this problem?

If you mean the option that comes with the theme, it’s located under BeTheme Options > Pages > Under Construction section.
Thank you, something was wrong and I had to reinstall before I can see it again. However, I’m having an issue. I can’t customize and I when I go to widgets area I can see the widgets but can’t do anything.

please remove all theme files (whole /betheme/ folder) via FTP, download the newest version and then upload the newest betheme folder instead. A lot of things has changed in recent WooCommerce version and that’s why it is so important to remove all theme files from FTP first and then upload the newest one.

It does not matter if you have latest version installed or not. You need to remove all theme files via FTP and upload them once again.

This is not a support question and I sent a message through the profile page as well. I get the download, have done everything I have read including on here. HOWEVER – there is no FILE in my download for slider demos. There is only one file which is the slider demo author plugin file (or something like that) which has NONE of the demo content in it. Could you please at least let me know if there is something wrong with the download or has anyone else had this issue. Thank you!

you got this error because you are trying to install wrong package. The theme file you supposed to install is betheme.zip

Did you read the links we have you above? If you read them and you are sure that you are installing theme properly, please send us screenshot of how this error looks like and where it is.
