Hi, I purchased your theme last year and my support expired. I’ve installed for the first time. The theme demo won’t download and is also stuck at 72%. This is pathetic! I noticed everyone else complaining about the same issue. Why can’t you release an update which has this fixed? I would like an explanation asap with steps on on how to get this fixed. Or I will complain to Envato. Thank you!

We keep update the theme to fix all issue. However, even you guys have the same issue but the solution for each one is different. So, just open a support ticket at http://support.thememove.com and our developer will help you to fix it. You don’t even need to complain to anyone because the only thing you need is the solution.

Give me an ETA. On the import screen you say “You may not have enough time for a coffee as the import is too fast!” It’s already been over 24 hours and I have a short deadline. This is not good enough.

Hi. I’m interested in buying this theme, but firstly I want to be sure that the demo won’t be a problem cause I have short dead line. And secundly as you mentionned in the description that it’s a black and white theme, I want to know if changing a color of the theme won’t be a problem with CSS ? Waiting for an answer. Regards. Yes sure. You can change the color instead of using black & white. About demo installation, you can do it with only one single click. However, just check your server if it’s suitable with this premium theme.

This theme is very frustrating as they don’t have all the pieces together. It almost feels like a waste of money since a lot of people are having the same issue. Demo Downloading.

I appreciate your help; however, your theme seems to be the first one I’ve ever had this issue with. I have bought many themes from here and never have a theme not have the XML files to import demo pages. I think we should be given that option instead of using the import tool. Still waiting on support’s reply.

Theme won’t load Demo! What good is a theme if your Demo loader is broken!
It just hovers at 72% no matter what I do. Wiped the database. All plugins installed. :-[

@ThemeMove, I am a little insulted by your response. But maybe you don’t realize that the zip file contains version 1.0 of your documentation and the current version is 4.1. A large portion of your documentation is no longer valid. “Update the documentation later” is an incredible copout.
