yes, we have few demos with background video, like: Be|Furniture or Be|Upholsterer. However, we did never tested above plugin so we don’t know if it is compatible with the BeTheme.

at first, please make sure you have BeTheme 20 or newer. And then, please go to BeTheme > Install Plugins section, check the plugin you want to update and choose Update action.

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. I have chosen a template for the blog “Code”. When I import the system, it asks me to activate the license of the Visual Composer plugin. When the active system tells me that it does not find any license. As I see in the theme specifications that plugin is included and should be able to use it with all the options. That I have to do?

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

I go to Templates/Add New/Add Section/Add Wrap/Add Item, I choose “Visual Editor”, when I edit I only see three buttons “Add Media”, “Visual” and “Text” In the pages the visual editor is the standard of the wordpress but in templates only see three buttons (https://unsee.cc/tidomare/)

Because this issue has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
Hope these steps would help you a lot.
Is a fresh installation and I do not have any extension installed, I do not understand why it does not work for me
It does not matter if it is a fresh installation or not. Something wrong might happen during previous installation and that’s why it does not work now. We checked it on our different demos and we confirm that this works so it is not a theme issue.

for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc. However, before migration, please de-register license and after migration, register it on a new destination.

Hi, i update the theme and now the edit page is blank, i Uninstall all the plugins, change the version of wordpress and the problem keep going. I put debug true and say: “Notice: registration.php is deprecated since version 3.1.0 with no alternative available. Accordance to media, some of the images are free, some were made by us but for some we bought licenses. So basically, it depends which images you want to use.

PHP code can be used inside files only and there is no way to use PHP in builder.

we do not see any reason why it won’t be possible. For the landing page you can use “Blank template” (this template shows only the content and not any header, logo nor the footer). And you can link those boxes with categories to post categories of course.
However, please bear in mind, that we do not offer custom services of building websites based on our products.

I really like your theme and want to buy another license for another client, but have a pre-purchase question.
I’m going to create a multisite for this client with subfolders (eg : www.website.com/winter ; www.website.com/summer) I know your theme is multisite compatible but will I be able to have a different color on each of the website part (eg : a blue theme for winter, and a orange theme for summer)? Each part will have its own menu and content.
