If you mean this, for instance: http://undsgn.d.pr/bYrgGi you can hide the arrow via CSS, upload a GIF in the media library and use it as background via CSS:

It depends on what kind of code you need to add. Uncode provides different methods: on “Theme Options -> CSS/JS” you can add CSS and Javascript raw code, for instance, but I don’t know if that is your case.

Have you possible extra plugins installed? What version of WP do you have?
In case please upload a screenshot of the error somewhere only the web so we can check (jQuery Migrate is a native file of WordPress)? This update was already installed thousand of times and this is was never reported so we need more infos from your side.

As you can see our demo is running on https too, but we can’t replicate the issue. So, first of all (even if I’m pretty sure you have already checked), make sure you don’t have any plugin that could block some actions, like Wordfence or similar.

Ok thanks. Hopefully last question! Can you tell me re updates. After purchase, are updates free forever or are there extra charges after purchase at a certain point? I understand there is a cost related to support after 6months, but beyond that how long do you get updates and is there any related costs to those updates?

when setting up a custom post type using CPT is it possible to pull these posts through using the VC widgets on a page without the need to buy CPT extended to get the shortcode options?

Also now that I have purchased the theme, is it possible to set up a support account not related to the email account in envato? I only ask this as the person working on the site is not the person who has the envato account and so would likely need access to the support portal and any notifications that come from that to go to their account? When I tried the set up as a different account it seemed to make it relate back to the envato details with no way of changng the email address?

Hi and sorry for delay! When you buy an item in ThemeForest you have 6 months of support and you are limited to use the theme for only 1 site. If you need more support you can renew it and if you need to create another site you need to buy anothe rlicense (this is the same for every theme you buy). Unfortunately is not possible set the support to a different email since the login is managed by Envato directly and associated with your account email and purchase code verification.
You don’t need to buy any extra plugin to work with CPT and Uncode, the VC Posts module support Posts, Portfolios, Products, Pages and Custom Post Types too. If you have any needs just drop a few lines in our Help Center!

You cannot create a Carousel with category archive pages but you can create a Carousel with the Media Gallery module and insert a custom link for each “stripe” to one of your category pages and static pages. In case, since this is not something you find in our demo contents, you can notify here after purchase and we’ll help in our Help Center create this setup!

To make consistent with Wordpress, you can set the post format if you prefer, but this has no influence on how the post will be displayed.

In the video you can see that, to show the video in the header, you only have to set the video in the “Medias” section and avoid to use the featured image. Post format, as I said, is not mandatory (in the video I selected it but I should have used the Standard format as well), and you can also avoid to display the media again in the content by disabling it from the “Page Options -> Content -> Show media”.

Hello, I don’t think Layerslider can generate this kind of issue. If you updated Uncode to 1.6.3 (released on Aug. 10th) you’ll find the latest version of Layerslider inside. As per the docs here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214003805 to update it just go to you plugins page, deactivate it, delete it, go to “Uncode -> Install plugins”, and install it again.

I’m not sure to understand the other issues you have, instead. Are you sure content blocks aren’t in the trash? Since in this case they can’t be imported.
