But as I said in my previous posts here – you have still issues with the support page/provider, second I’m not willing to wait 12 hours or two days to get a response from you. It seems WHMCS v7.1.2 Stripe module provided by WHMCS does not work fully on order form – Please could you fix? Adding WHMCS SIX template creditcard.tpl and clientareacreditcard.tpl to cloudmewhmcs theme fixes credit card payment within the account, however there is still a problem with the order form.

Hi, I hope the notice “This author’s response time can be up to 2 business days.” doesn’t mean that you answer EACH our post after two days. Now we got an answer for a question and immediatelly posted two new questions, but nobody answers. That means, we CAN NOT work on the new website as we don’t get answers from you. I hope you understand, if not, here is an example: We need to change the favicon – we get a solution of this in two days. But we need to change some css and post this request immediately you answered our first question, but we have to wait two days again to just change some css code. So I assume if we have 10 small issues, it will be maybe solved in one month… a little bit to long time…

Hi there, love the theme I’ve purchased, and used Wordpress before, but never child themes. Your instructions didn’t include how to get the child theme up and running – can you help me please? I am going to modify the theme so need to use a child theme to allow me to keep the parent one up to date without losing edits. I’ve uploaded the main theme and child theme but I understand there are edits to the child functions.php file that need to be done to add various css stylesheets.
