Hi Guys. I would like to change the theme name so that it is the same as the website name of the client that I’m working for. However, after changing the theme name folder via FTP and changing the name in the .css header I’ve noticed that ‘uncode’ is still showing over 60 times in the style sheet. Is there a way around this please because if there isn’t the theme is of no use to us. Thanks. Andrew
Hi, I’m considering your theme for my animation portfolio. It seems really neat. I wonder, when I open a video in a lightbox, can I have a box with information text open below the video?
Also, in your example here https://undsgn.com/uncode/works/portfolio-full-width-video/ when you open a video in a lightbox there are thumbnail links to the other videos in the gallery at the bottom of the site. Can those be removed?

“Equal height” option doesn’t refer to the height of the images, but the height of items: http://undsgn.d.pr/nXEVCF It is more clear if your items have backgrounds and borders of course. If you also want your images have the same height, you have to set a ratio in “Module -> Thumbnail Size”: http://undsgn.d.pr/DjXvJ

Hello, there’s no extra space below your carousel, it depends on your window height: since carousel doesn’t have a fluid height, it leaves empty space because it is the last element above the footer. You should set its height as fluid to make it fill the available height: http://undsgn.d.pr/x2EXTb

Hello! Been loving this theme – dynamic and very customisable. I just noticed the new Portfolio Bureau layout but is it not included as importable? I can’t actually find it within the theme.

About featured image: I’m afraid you need to add a custom PHP function or a plugin (even if I don’t know if there’s a plugin that allows this honestly).

Ok, but Readability simply means your page has too little content so you only need to add content if your purpose is to create a textual site… correct me if I’m wrong of course, but it doesn’t seem an issue related with Uncode, is that right or does the problem fix if you switch to a different theme?

Natively Uncode doesn’t provide those features, sorry. I saw some sites running Uncode with colour swatches for products, however we haven’t tested any plugin so we can’t assure any compatibility either.

Could you clarify the question please? If you are looking for the php file in the theme, I’m afraid it is a bit complicated, since the functions used to display product lists are various and spread on many files.
If you are looking for the page in the backend, instead, just go to “WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display -> Shop page” and check what page is selected. That page will determine the URL of your shop page, not the content though. If you want to change the content, since the shop page is a product archive page, go to “Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Products (plural)”: you can manage the content, sidebar etc.: http://undsgn.d.pr/LWuvuC

Good morning. Three days ago I have made an update of the theme and some settings things broken like footer widgets and missing content. Then, yesterday I have made the most recent theme update and styles have changed almost completely. Fonts, accent colors, navigation. Is there an especific way to update your theme without losing or changing styles in the proccess?

Actually if you update by using Envato Toolkit, options don’t change. Instead, if you update via FTP you have to go to Theme Options page and just click the Save option button in order to refresh your custom styles. What method did you use to update?

With Uncode 1.6.3, it seems like it has lost support for Amazon S3 usage using WP Offload S3 plugin. It used to work all this time but with 1.6.3 update it throws error.

But if I deactivate the plugins ‘Amazon Web Services’ and ‘WP Offload S3 Lite’, the error messages goes away. Both plugins are used to switch to Amazon AWS as the media folder instead of web host.
Ok, as you can see the new version of Uncode adds some functions to provide more compatibility with Amazon S3 instead. The issue unfortunately is with your server settings. You should set allow_url_fopen = ON on your PHP.ini If you can’t do by yourself, you should contact your provider.

Hi there, I bought this theme a while ago, and congrats, it’s awesome. There’s always something missing in a theme, a translation, whatever, I’ve not seen it here, your Theme Options are great!
My support is expired so I will manage without that, but I just found a tiny little bug : On Creative Corporation homepage layout, if you choose to have the sticky menu on in the Theme Options, you loose the nice little effect of the titles following the scroll
It took me a while to identify what what causing this, so I thought you should know.

Loved the theme since I purchased it several weeks ago. One question though—I’m looking for a way to change the link(s) at the bottom of the portfolio pages. Most have a “previous,” “Next,” and a “Main Portfolio” link just above the footer.
Is there any way for me to change the existing URL to my homepage? I feel the last resort would be for me to source code the appropriate link via text editor.
