hi i was wondering if you have a patch for the latest version of wordpress as in the builder i cant select any header element or amend text colour! Only happened once i updated wordpress!

Hello, friends! I have bought AVADA theme and want to run it on my test (dev) site first before go live on real site. I have several dev sites which I switching between for different projects. I am using my dev site for testing purposes and delete everything if needed to install another theme or CMS. If I will activate and test it on my dev site and then activate on a live website it’s OK. But what if I delete AVADA from my dev website and activate on real (live) website and then will need to test something again on another dev site – is it still possible to do? I mean – any time just one (always the same) live site and one dev site (may be dev1, dev2 or dev3) activated. I would like to get more clear on this question, because any of my dev sites is used only for a short time testing of themes (not only AVADA) before uploading changing to a live site. BR and waiting on your answer!

As far as the dev site is only meant for development and is not accessible to other people and or is not a live site you are allowed to use the Avada there along with your live site, however if you are simply going to go live with your dev site than you will be needing another license but in the scenario you defined above you are good to go with one license :)

When I update the theme, it still reverts back to old theme; in other words version does not change and please let me know what is current version. I am desperate

Right now we are on version 5.2.2 that was released couple days ago, if you are having issues with the updated version that means the connection to server might be dropping and some of your files are not carried forward / transferred properly causing this, i want you to please use our alternate FTP method to update in this case which you can read all about here please => http://bit.ly/1R1ik6V

Hello, my client has an avada theme, and i have the registration code. However, I don’t have the themeforest purchase code because the previous developer doesn’t work for the company anymore and now I need support, but I can’t create support account. What do I do?

That is correct, a valid purchase code is required in order to register for support and you also do need access to the Themeforest account originally used to purchase the Avada license. Your client is going to need to get into contact with the original developer or purchase their own license

Go to -> Avada >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Styling >> Header Background Color – https://d.pr/i/o7I2zD – and set the transparency to 1

Thanks for the response. it worked perfectly. Now I got a different problems. My add media button is not working anymore after i did my last update of avada theme. Neither is my feature image removal link. When i click on both it does nothing. How do i resolve this problem?

You can simply translate that string from Avada > Theme Options > Social Sharing > Social Sharing Box

However the other one is from Fusion Core so you need to translate the fusion core string as per these instructions => http://bit.ly/1JAILdg

Hello, like your theme and options. You have also a lot of languages packed with your theme. That’s fine for all the error messages etc. So I tried to insert both de_de files in languages/themes and languages/plugins as described in your manuals. Theme is ok, but for the plugin alias for the Fusion Builder/Core (specially theme options) I’d like to use english. It’s clearer and faster and not all translations are clear for me.
So I’d like to have the original language (en) in Theme Options and Builder, but German in (error or search) messages into the theme on website. I tried to remove the files in languages/plugin but the Avada Theme Options are still in german. Is seems that I can have only all in german or all in english. Wordpress Backend is in german and your system status shows ‘de_de’. Please tell me how I can do that. Thank you.

So what you are saying here is that you do not want the theme options to be in German but in English but only want the front end to be in German and the complete site in German as well ?

How are you adding images to pages? Using the Imageframe Element for example when adding images to page/post content, there are options to enable the lightbox -> https://d.pr/i/gugKNJ – if that is enabled for you then check by disabling 3rd party plugins to eliminate a 3rd party issue.
