I’m getting the 500 error when I try to install a template to a vanilla Jupiter installation. Support has expired so I can’t open a ticket, but I shouldn’t need to have to pay for extra support just to get your theme to work the way it’s supposed to. If it’s something extra like customization, I understand, but I paid for a working theme, and if I can’t install templates, then your theme doesn’t work as advertised.

Please advise how to correct the 500 error.

Hello, I have installed “Superfly menu”, from the computer looks great, but on mobile device appears the logo and white margin of the Jupiter theme. How can I disable it?

This problem might come from the 3rd party plugins, could you please kindly try to disable all the plugins on your site except the Visual Composer plugin then recheck ?

I didn’t add any new plugins except to activate jetpack and I have deactivated it but still the same grey boxes.

I tried to create a ticket but my support has expired so since it is just this small problem, hope you can advice here.

Hi there, I have 2 sites now using this theme and both require Buddypress to be installed. I saw in your comments from 3 years ago that you were working on this. But it still doesn’t seem to be working properly, at least not on my website!

This is a major downside, I’ve been able to install BuddyPress on all my other sites, I should be able to have this functionality on my site. Can you please advise as soon as possible? Thank you.

Ok good to know. The Buddypress pages weren’t displaying properly after I installed it. The layouts were cut-off.

And on your list of compatible plugins it only says the Ken is compatible, it doesn’t mention anything about Jupiter, so I thought it wasn’t compatible

I am about to build a new site using Jupiter (my second). My client set up a hosting account on WPengine, but chose PHP 5.6. Should I be on 7.0, and would I be better to move to 7.0 before I build the site, or afterwards?

I afraid there isn’t have any way to make it, because the Woocommece plugin doesn’t support to display the product thumbnails on that area, you can switch to the Twenty theme to see it doesn’t display anything too.

How do I use the Header Builder? The documentation link is broken, and when I click on the link to build I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”, is there a module I need to install?

Sorry for the confusing, this feature is not available yet so it won’t do anything at the moment, please just use the Pre-built header settings.

However, we’re working on it, and it will be released and activated in the future update of Jupiter theme.

Any updates on removing unnecessary admin-ajax posts from the front-end? We have load issues during traffic spikes because of the admin-ajax posts made when just loading the page (mk_get_icon).

Yes, it’s a default function of Wordpress, but it’s not recommended to enable on the live site, and you should disable after resolving the problem with your plugin.
