1. It’s great the theme comes with a transparent header. Is it possible for the transparent header to change into an oblique header once a user scrolls down the page.
2. Will the theme work with the LMS plugin LearnPress?

1. The header cannot do this at the time, but you can certainly add this yourself if you inspect the navbar and see the classes added to it as you scroll.
2. Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, etc) then we are unable to provide support or guarantee compatibility for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise would be the responsibility of each customer. Technically speaking, since X was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with X, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Right now there is a built in search field that can be used, any modifications to this or the placement would require custom coding to get the look and feel exactly as you want.
You can add menu icons with X in the wp-admin > appearance > menus > edit menu, and click on the links. This would be a “workaround” though and isn’t intended out the box. However you could use either the Superfly or Ubermenu bundled extensions for this aspect.

Hi, I am looking to know the theme requirements for my hosting server. I have had trouble with importing demo content from other themes and want to avoid it happening again if I purchase your theme?

Generally if your hosting provider supports WordPress and has a memory limit from around 64-128MB there should not be any problem at all. The only additional thing that could prevent demo content from importing is if your hosting provider’s firewall is blocking outgoing connections to our server.
The biggest drawback is that there is no similar writing system with pictures.

I’am talking about “related post with images”. You absolutely have to add this system. And we have to manually add the author box. There are a lot of features that should be added.

Hi. I have tried asking some of this in the forums, but can’t seem to get a reply. I am going to be working on a site for a client that requires Real Estate functionality. 1. We need a Map with listings integration (Like Google maps with ability to select a pin and have it bring up popup for listing). 2. Need good Search Functionality with typical real estate options such as price, lot size, etc. 3. Advertising Integration ( ad spots through out the site) with analytics. 4. A Paid Subscription feature for Buyer and Sellers to opt-in via monthly payments and manage their own account profiles for real estate listings, advertising, etc. This needs to have a more advanced login than just WP-Users. 5. For back of the house features, they are looking for some extensive analytics and reporting to be included in the Dashboard for advertising and property listings.

I’m also not seeing a question in there. Are you asking if that is possible with X? If so, the short answer is it will require some custom development to get all of that working together although there are several native features that will get you off to a great start. I’d take a look at agentfire.com. They are a real estate tech company that uses our products for real estate professionals and do a great job!

1. We have a map element already. It would be up to you as to whether that is sufficient or not.
2. We use native WordPress search functionality so again it would be up to what you are trying to do and if WordPress’ native search can accomplish that.

If Visual Composer stays active the general layout will stay intact but styling might be different. Keep in mind however that you can’t edit those pages with our own Cornerstone page builder.
Hi, I’m really interested in purchasing your theme, but I notice your theme lists IE11 as compatible browser. Does this mean your theme doesn’t work on earlier versions of Internet Explorer? What happens if someone tries to open a website using your theme in IE8, for example? Thanks!

Microsoft on its own dropped support for IE10 and WordPress core too so while websites still render on older versions they might look not completely polished as on the supported versions and we do not provide support for any issues on those software versions. It’s always a fine line on what software should be phased out to make space for new one but in this regard we just followed the whole industry. Hope that helps!

You can use any of our demos as a starting point and go from there on. The demos are meant as a blueprint so if there are any specific things you would like differently it’s no problem to alter certain layouts and looks.

Make sure to only upload the x.zip file inside the x_package.zip as the package also contains several other files and therefore WordPress won’t recognise the theme folder.
I am really not impressed with this theme nor the support. They have set up their own support system which is different people replying to support messages asking the same questions over and over again! I have requested a refund which was ignored and then when i request a charge back with my bank they wonder why i have done so! This is not the level of support i expect from a so called professional provider and will not be using them again!

I posted this topic in the support forum but have received no response. Please help with how to edit “timeline” features:
1. How do I change the colour of the line used down the centre of the “timeline” feature (as seen in Integrity 1)? 2. The line has somehow disappeared from my second row in my timeline. How do I get it back? 3. How do I get the image animation to work like it does in your demo Integrity1 , where the images slide in from the side? 4. Do you have any documentation with instructions as it is extremely time-consuming trying to figure everything out with trial and error.

Hi, I just purchased this theme but I am having difficulty uploading it to my word press site. I tried watching videos but I can’t seem to figure it out. I have it downloaded on my computer but every time I try to upload the file, it says it is missing the style.ss? Also, watching the video it stated that I needed to upload the x.zip file and the child file and I cannot find those. Can you help me with this?

Hi, I have just installed the theme a couple of days ago and the plugin Advanced Custom Fields PRO is out of date. It is asking for a license key in order to update it. Where do I find the license key? I have already input the license key for the main theme. It won’t accept the same key for the plugin. Am I missing something?

As ACF is included as an X extension, we manage and curate all updates for the plugin. This means you can ignore any notices with regards to licensing coming from the extension itself.
Before pushing any updates for the included extensions, we check their compatibility with X, any integrations and for compatibility with our other included extensions.
Once these checks have been performed the plugin update is then pushed out via our own automatic updates system.

There is an announced sales features that say ” Themco is the only company on the market with our extension ecosystem. Each is a separate plugin for optimal performance” From my point of view, I think this is not fit for best performance. For example, Enfold don’t overwhelmed with dozens of plugins in its just layerslider fully built inside it. Also, even if we have these plugins with xtheme, I think some of them should be updated in the future with fees for plugin producers. Besides, i think that having a lot of plugins with the theme should not give the maximum performance for the theme or the overall website. Could you give us justification regarding our concerns and queries ?

You’ve made several incorrect assumptions, so we’d be happy to clarify.
1) The way we do it IS best for performance as instead of baking them into the theme and causing customers to have to have extra code in there they DON’T necessarily need, this way they are all separate plugins so the customer can choose which tools (if any) they want to use. It has nothing to do with “overwhelming” you with plugins. They are optional tools that you are not required to use. If you don’t want/need them, simply don’t install or use them.
2) All of our our Extensions ARE updated as the plugin developers make those updates available and that is included (as well as support directly from Themeco) with each license purchase of X so you are not required to purchase those plugins. Some developers may make extra resources or features available to you if you buy from them, but you are not required to as we provide updates and support for the tool. Please refer to this FAQ for more information.
