Hi,
I just installed Woocommerce. It install in french. Every page are translated except the shop page. It keep showing Shop and All Product and the Sale tag in english. There is no way Im able to translate this. Did the install on 2 different site with the jupiter theme and doing the same thing. I did install it on another site with another theme and the translation is working. Seems like a bug with jupiter. Here is the picture to show the problem. https://ibb.co/giGqmkHi,

How can I manage to download PSD mentioned in theme details?

It’s in the Admin Dashboard > Jupiter > Control Panel > Templates > Find the template you want > You will see the PSD icon under it > Click on the icon to download.

Was wondering if anyone has reported issues with the google analytics tracking. I just updated Jupiter theme to the latest version and the next 2 days after update my google analytics numbers have dropped by half. My numbers have always been constant and it happened after update?

I know my support is expired but they is a big bug that I can reproduce on a fresh WP installation without any plug-ins. The issue still persist in 5.9.7. The issue is about the behavior of loading Fonts/Text (It jumps and it change they styling during the first 1/2 seconds of loading). It looks like it has to do with the Typography Shortcodes like “Fancy Title”.
First 1/2 seconds of site loading: This is the setting the Thema loads for the first second: Settings >> Main Content >> Texts >> Headings Settings (H2, H1 and so on) After 1/2 seconds : And than it loads that what you have defined in the „Fancy Title“ Shortcode it self.

If you choose the standard VC Fancy Title (Custom Heading) like shortcode, the text (Fancy Title) doesn’t jumps for a second (depends how you configure the JP Fancy Title shortcode: For example: If you have defined it to show up in Center, it will jump from left to the center and the size and font settings will change in this second).
Dear Jupiter Team please investigate it for the next updaten. The Version 5.9.2 doesn’t had this behavior.

These sliders are 3 different plugins with many different features, you can see each plugin demo and features here:

Hi, I have a problem with anchors. On main page they works perfect and clicking on menu item – it goes to right section with particular anchor. BUT, there is internal pages (blog’s) – and menu is not working. It’s not working if I’m putting on menu just #sectionid …. And it is working, when I adding full url (like http://mywebsite.com/#sectionid BUT – when I clicking on main page the menu – it goes to particular section, but the page reloads… Can you help me to solve this?

HELLO!!!??? I opened a ticket long time ago. Nothing happens.
I found the problem. It’s a bug in full navigation menu. Menu links with anchors do nothing in internal pages. I specially left burger for you, so you could see it. http://pardavimomokymai.lt/blo... The normal menu is working properly, but links in full navigation menu (when you pressing the burger) – is inactive. I hope you will solve this ASAP. Have a good day.
