Hi, I want a website like: Landing page with product showcase, mean I can upload products to different catalogue(almost 100+products, so it will needs auto pagination), but I don’t want to sell it online, no need Woocommerce, just want to see the product description & feature when click on it, Can your theme make it?

Hello there, I buyed 2 Avada theme which are under support regime. One of tcopy for new refreshed portal. But when I updated regarding security with new Avada portal was in bad shape. A lot of function doesnt work anymore. It looks after upgrade as disaster. What can I do? And custom fields doesnt work any more,.

in image carousel, How can I reduce from 5 images on the computer interface to 1 image on the phone interface. I did not find that option.

This depends on the screen size actually mostly it just goes to 2 columns however if you want to force it to 1 column you will have to use custom CSS with media queries.

Hello. I am trying to test things out but there seems to be an update issue or nothing working. I have a couple licenses from your theme and love it. I use the shop modern template and want to have an image instead of the opening sliders. Wasn’t there an option before – how can I achieve it? I use a slider with only one slide, but the long loading (circle spinning – we had this before, no fix yet) of the fusion slider was rejected by my client. THX!!!

We are glad to hear that you liked our theme, however regarding your query it will require you to use a 3rd party plugin in this case such as Gravity forms or any other advanced form plugin, there are many reservation plugins that are available and you can check them on your previous Avada installations and once you like any plugin you can carry on with that one

This will require you to customize your theme files using a custom function actually, we have complete documentation on the hooks and filters that you can use in our documentation post however out of the box its not a possibility for the custom post types.

Actually our support form does make it easier, for both parties. Technical support is not an easy thing to answer, there are many factors that go into us providing us the proper answer. Version # of the theme, hosting company, the page that shows the issue, etc … all of those are things that allow us to give you a faster, accurate answer.

Also, you don’t have to fill out every field, only the required fields. Just note that depending on the issue, we may have to have more information and ask questions back, which in the end takes more time. We’ve been doing this for 5 years and have perfected it for our customers.

What you are looking to change is actually placed inside the “Code Block” element in the fusion builder, if you simply edit your page you will find the code block there after separator in 1/4th column and upon editing the code block you will see this area where you can change the title => http://prntscr.com/gbx976

Hi, A pre-purchase question. If I buy a licence I am allowed to use it only on a single website? I have to decide between Divi and Avada. Divi offers unlimited usage. Do I need to buy a separate licence for each website?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

However for the post (blog post) this is only possible on each post using Fusion Options.

Hello!
A couple of questions before buying:
1) I will try to build landing pages that will act as standalone “company profiles” (as part of a business directory). Is it possible to disable the menu bar so it acts mostly like a landing page?
2) For the above mentioned showcase can I add them into a portfolio or something else?
2) Is it possible to change the paths of the actual listings? for example www.domain.tld/company-name/
3) Is it possible to add custom html code into the listings? I will need to add a couple of dynamic tables.

1. Definitely a possibility, we have Fusion Options where you can disable the header for any specific page or globally for all pages.
2. I am not sure about this query, you can add definitely add portfolio to the website as can be seen in our demos, can you please clarify further here.
3. Definitely possible to do so.
4. By listing i believe you mean the archive pages? its not possible to add your own code there in the archive pages since they are auto generated pages and will require you to customize theme files in this case.

I am having trouble with the dropdown menu in the text editor. I cannot select anything so am not able to pick Heading 1 etc. I notice on another comment that this is due to WordPress version conflicts and a patch was made available but I cannot see the patch in my dashboard and it is not available on the manual download page. This was the reply you provided to the other comment:

If you are on our latest version that is 5.2.2 actually there is no more need for you to apply that patch, the patch is for an older version but we had released our latest version with the patch already applied so please make sure that you are on version 5.2.2 and also on the latest version of Fusion Builder and Fusion core.
However if the issue persists even after updating to the latest version please open a new support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.
