All I’m seeing is a blank screen, but only for the system status page which means that I cant register my theme. I’ve double checked all suggested PHP settings with the host, and everything appears to be in order. Any suggestions?

Just to understand is this a new installation/site? We see that you have bought Uncode more than 6 months ago so supposedly everything was good for the first site, right?
And yes, it’s been fine before. I unregistered my old website, because I didnt need the portfolio anymore. But on this new host it doesnt seem to work at all, and I’m not sure why. Maybe a dump of the PHPInfo plugin would help?
Hi iMorgenstjerne! It’s really not easy help since after so many installations we never seen this problem. You can ask your host if they see some errors in the Log file, you can report that this perfect works in other server. The only thing I can suggest is to try to check if they limit you with some server settings (even if it’s odd the page is completely blank). Try to open the wp-config.php file at the root of your WordPress installation and after the define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); declaration paste this one too define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');. Let us know!

I’ve managed to get this error code on the System Status page, it seems like my server can’t connect to the URL created in the PHP file?

Hi and sorry for delay! It seems that this server need some libraries. As you know from the first site you have created Uncode perfectly works and it’s not normal you have this errors. Can you please ask your host to check why a top seller themes doesn’t work on their infrastructure? I think at this point they can help better and fix these errors.
PS: I have searched now on our Help Center internal database and just another users got this problem and it’s self-configured server. He fixed with this code “sudo apt-get install php-curl” in the terminal but if you are not practice it’s better you ask your host to fix this for you since this it’s a problem of their service. I hope this helps!

Hi be1ok and sorry for delay! What you mean that the “height is wrong”? What element you refer? If you refer to the thumbnails size please note that this layout set thumbs height and not use the natural upload size (in case you need to modify the settings).

Getting 502 Errors on saving theme options. Seems to clash with WP-Types and LearnDash plugins. Custom Post types Show up as “Author” in Theme options. Tested this on multiple clean site PHP6 and 7

I pointed this out 9 months ago… “This theme Version: 1.4.2 seems to conflict with Learndash (learndash.com) LMS Plugin. I have loaded Uncode on WP4.7 onto a fresh install and when Uncode theme and Learndash plugin are activated together I get a 503 when adding a color to the palette.”

I am now having the same exact issue with getting fatal error messages with the Uncode related posts plug in. It took down my entire WP Staging site and I can no longer log in. i have updated my theme automatically to the latest version through my Envato Tool Kit. Please advise.
I am also having issues with the About Grid page. It is not responsive in tablet display. I imported the demo page and then selected customize so that I could view it in mobile mode to see how it displayed first before editing it. In demo mode, the tablet display is completely messed up. The page has empty black spaces all over it. Again, this is in demo mode before I have edited one thing to show that this page is flawed from the start. It has nothing to do with how I edited it because I have not touched one thing. It displays like garbage in demo mode.

Hello, yes and I have automatic updates so I have the latest version. The problem is not the plug in. It is actually the Uncode theme. It is not compatible with WooComerce plug in called Mix and Match. It does not display the quantities in mobile display and wipes out all sale products back to normal price. We tested everything by turning off all plug ins and switching to another theme. The problem only occurs in Uncode theme. WooCommerce provided CSS code to make the quantities show, but it doesn’t work in mobile. They showed that it was the Uncode theme and said you guys would need to provide a css code to fix it.
Also—-can you please tell me how to link single block images in a media gallery to another URL? I have added custom links to each individual single block in the media gallery but none of the links work. It just opens up the pic when clicked on, it doesn’t go to the link. Each image single block has a custom url set up but none of them are working. Is there something wrong with my theme? Please advise and thank you so much for your quick response!
Hi! Just to clarify there are more than 23.000+ WordPress plugins out there and no themes is supposed to work with all plugins and specifically minor ones. Anyway please provide the link to your site so we can check what is the problem and create a possible fix. Can you also tell us the theme version you have and WooCommerce version? Automatic updates doesn’t mean the theme and WooCommerce update automatically in background. Sorry for the questions but if your support is expired and we cannot acces your installation privately we need to get all the infos here.
In the tab Module what have you set in the Element list for the Media link? Have you set custom link (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213456829#&gid=1&pid=6)? I don’t think your only theme is broken but without a direct check it’s not easy to tell. For example the showcase section of our demo is a Gallery with custom links.

I have paid version of Visual Composer, when I install it by deactivating or deleting the default theme Uncode Visual Composer. It shows “In order to run Uncode you need first to deactivate WPBakery Visual Composer and install the Uncode Visual Composer.” Can you please tell me why I am not able to use the paid version?

We can also suggest a quick code to modify the borders but there are also JavaScript calculations related to the frame and it’s not possible to hack them externally, so only suggesting you the CSS will not modify this correctly. Unfortunately we cannot help with this just with a quick external CSS code, sorry.

The boxed option just define lateral “padding” and it’s not based on the “padding” or border but on the max width of your layout so definitely this is not an option, sorry.

Yep this is what I told in the first message, to make this perfectly works you also need JS modifications that cannot be suggested and insert externally as the CSS one. I just suggested the CSS for your convenience. I hope make sense!

As told this part is managed with JS and it’s not something like CSS that we can suggest a quick code that override the native functionality. Sorry. I hope 36px will sweet your needs.
