If Jupiter 5 is really nice, Artbees Support may make you NEVER be able to use it on your website! I bought 2 licences for Jupiter, to set two websites on a multisite host! First one is working, Second one, NO!
I sent mail to support and:
- they take AGES to answer, - They ask you a very basic question that even prove they didn’t read properly your (Short) Mail, -You explain them again to tell them why technically it cannot be this problem and explain the real problem again, -you have no aswer for a day, -They ask you all credential and autorisation to connect to FTP and to try, you give them approval, You are happy because you beleive they are about to do something for you at that moment… - But no you just wait for ages again no even being sure they will do something!
Avoid Absolutely Jupiter on Multi site host! unless they respond me then I’ll edit my comment!

I understand that you have a lot of work, but once you start fixing a problem, if you dont focus to the end you will keep repeating the same question and diagnostic will never be finished.
My ticket is 63823 It happened twice that asked me question and when they are about to reach the core of the pb (Template Installation) i started waiting for nothing. So I tried by myself again, but impossible, even if I reinstall EVERYTHING and I clear Database before reinstall + delete the folder on FTP and recreate another one. I need a diagnostic from you to talk to my host if necessary
Again I repeat:
1. I have 2 licenses Jupiter 2. I have two domaine name : ETO and OKM Check ticket for address 3. I installed ETO a while ago and it’s working perfectly 4. I recently bought the second license for OKM 5. I tried to set the website, but once JUPITER 5 is installed, I cannot install templates! 6. They give me a bunch of error 500,504, and other 7. Sometimes it says “Template installed succefully”, but the template actually doesn’t look at all as it should be!
I want to install JOI on one of them and Jupiter default template on the seconde one (Which is bugging whatever template I try to Install)
I told them they can reinstall template if they want! I have all backup on my laptop from my previous host!

Tell whatever you want for people to believe you’re helpfull, it’s not true at all! Jupiter is great but you guys SERIOUSLY need to do something with the helpdesk! My friend sort my problem in 20 minutes! You’re not even able to understand the problem in 4 days! At least if you made diagnostic I wouldn’t say anything, but you know what, by the time the checked the problem it was solved and they sent me that funny message “Seems eveything is ok”!

Ok, let’s see next time I face a issue. I repeat, the theme is great and flexible, I love it, but having it and not being able to start working on after 4 days is frustrating! Closing tickets with pending issues isn’t the good solution. Put them on hold, otherwise there is no “In line” follow up. Your team asked me a question, I replied, then no answer for one day, no. Better to put a chat online then, or even a line i can call and explain you the complete problem at once when it is my turn. I can wait for my turn, but not re wait a day everytime a precision is needed. Thanks for your understanding, I like that even if you made me upset you’re still talking. I’m pretty sure I’ll need you again, so we’ll see how it goes!

I totally understand your point, let me make it more clearly:
1. Although the ticket is closing but it doesn’t mean the ticket is resolved or we don’t care about it anymore, it will be opened whenever you reply back on this ticket, we will read and continue supporting.
2. We do have a live chat support, but it just for the VIP customer at the moment, you can take a look at this to know more what is the VIP customer:

Hello, I have some problem with megamenu, we use – ( dash ) for not to show megamenu title area. It works good on desktop but it shows – ( dash ) on mobile or tablets. It needs to be fixed.
I checked for any solution on comments, forum and support knowledgebase.
Please let me know if there’s a solution.

hello just a question we have updated the theme on version 5.9.6 few weeks ago but have noticed that even if the Google Analytics ID are in placed on the settings it seems that all of data after the updates were loss. Does this version of theme have bugs that relates to Google Analytics?

Hello, there is any way to change the column order in mobiles? For example:
In desktop the columns are: column A) image in left side and text in right side, Column b) text in left side and image in right side,
When I go to mobile version the order gets image – text – text – image. Could it be: image – text – image – text? Without changing the desktop?

First of all: amazing theme! I have a question: In our theme we use Portfolio page (categories) as a menu point. We also have children-pages of Portfolio pages (categories). 1. When we go to a Portfolio page it’s active on a navigation. 2. When we go to a children page where portfolio page (categories / parent) is a menu point (e.g. XYZ is parent page – visible in navigation and we go to a children page like YXZ – children categorie of XYZ) the parent page it’s not active in navigation – is there a solution to show active parent page on menu point when someone is on a children page?

Hi! About the accordion. If the question is too long, more than 4 rows, three rows in a normal font, the 4th line is lighter (well, to be clear, what is visible not the whole issue), and the remaining lines are visible only if you open the question and answer completely.
