Hello,
Just bought the theme a few days ago and I’ve been using it with no issues until today.
The site identity icon has changed back to the ‘Be’ logo suddenly and anytime I try to change it back it won’t do it. I can put in a pic in the site icon area, and it shows that it’s there, but the site identity image in the browser tab still shows the ‘Be’ logo. I’m using correct aspects and pixels, and again, it fine for the last several days.
Any help you can provide is appreciated.

yes, BeTheme is compatible with Visual Composer but please bear in mind that pre-built layouts where made with Muffin Builder while VC is only for those who prefer to build from scratch.

I do not know if this had been me that made things start off wrong. But I would say I just am not happy with the attitude of the support system. My problem has not been solved. I am getting screenshots saying it is solved – making it sound like I am lying.
Problems may come up with themes, and I have used different themes up to this point, but I have never gotten the attitude that I am getting now. I am also running a business and it just does not look good when your homepage is not properly working.

Like we explained, the problem is with one of your 3rd party plugins and in accordance to Item Support Policy, we are not authorised to fix your extra plugins. We clearly showed you that after disabling your extra plugins, everything works fine. If you don’t know which plugin might be the culprit, we suggest to disable them one by one. On the following screenshots, you can see the whole list of your extra plugins ( actually you have 27 of them what you can see on the following screenshot http://prntscr.com/gegb53 ):

So it is not true that your problem wasn’t resolved because we checked your dashboard and told you that the problem is with one of your 3rd party plugins.

Its because your theme is not registered.
No, we are not. Just click Deregister button and you will see that it won’t be even possible to de-register the license.

Like we previously said, you did something wrong (maybe change paths in database or maybe migrated website from one server to another and didn’t made it the right way). There is many different reasons why this happened. We have also noticed that you’ve been registering few different domains with same purchase code, what might be the reason as well. Therefore, we have already de-register your license in database and now, please go to your BeTheme Options > Dashboard section, de-register it and then register once again.
Can i change my “purchase code” ?
Yes, you can. Just de-register it in your dashboard as we said above (by using Deregister Theme button) and then register it again.

after theme installation, you need to import the demo you like and they you can get exactly same one. The process is very easy and we suggest to watch the following instructional video to see how fast it is.

Yes, you are right. In reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.
I have checked your demos, but I can’t find a demo that fit my site, can you recommend me some demos that for a company official site? I need product pages, and my product quantity is a little more.

After betheme update. Got alot of theme problem. Erm.. When i install woocommerce the whole template change such as teks, color and much more. And now i cant open my betheme option.

1) May i know how to remove the top line animation on icon box when you hover over? 2) Right now i have icon box that the image is aligned/located left, which is fine for computer screen but when it is in phone screen the image still located on the left and the text/description on the right became very narrow and long. Is there any way I can make the image on top of the text/description when it displays on mobile screen?

I just installed the prebuilt for Jet and though the images did import, they did not populate the pages. Is this normal? I don’t want to reinstall the demo and have duplicates. I downloaded the XML from a link but Jet was not included in it. What is the best way to get my site looking exactly like your demo site?
So far what I have found is it is looking for images, i.e. /wp-content/uploads/2015/06/home_jet_map.png and there is no folder 2015. If I remove the 2015/06 it seems to work fine. Maybe that files needs updated.

Yeah sure but hey i need to ask right? hehehe but yeah i want just that splash so i can offer examples of sites and buy i license for every client, no problem with that? in resume i just need that splash home with the previews as you guyes have in this live preview.

hey, I just added but now the text and background appear abruptly instead of the slow fade that it had on the background before. how do I make it fade?
Above solution is the only one we have and there is no other way to display description the way you wish using custom css unfortunately.
I’m using the Orchestra demo data for the new site I’m building. When you use sticky navigation, the logo shrinks dramatically and moves to the left and the menu items move all the way to the right. How can we keep the navigation simple and display the sticky nav without it moving left and right?

Ok, we can see what you mean now. However, this behave is the most correct and to achieve what you need, you supposed to set Boxed layout instead and FIXED header type.
