Hello, I have created ticket more than 3 days back regarding website blinking upon mobile, not on the desktop. kindly create a vendor account and visit vendors dashboard then scroll down you will find the problem, they ask me to sent screenshot, I have sent them video recording because by screenshot problem cannot to seen I have attached video recording after sending recording nobody reply I am waiting for support. kindly solve this problem it will be highly appreciated.

Hi again, Samsung and also iPhone both mobiles for me, the problem is at vendor’s dashboard on mobile. you have not even created vendors account how you can find that problem if you have created vendor’s account I will receive an email that you have created an account.
again I repeat where is the problem, create an account as a vendor, then login to with your ID and password. The attached screenshot area, scroll up slowly you will find that problem. and also find an attached video for blinking in this support ticket.

For the question here, after the importation, you need to configure the Megamenu like this: http://prntscr.com/glbfli. For the footer, you need to go to the page Footer Style x you choose and choose the Menu for WP Custom Menu then it will be okay.

I see the font awesome option, but I don’t know how to use it? Couldn’t find it anywhere in the documentation. Reason using font-awesome is that I can change the color scheme easily and the icons would be crispy when the browser was resized or zoomed in on. I saw the screenshot but when clicking on it, it takes me to font-awesome website. Can you please guide me on how I can use it? Do i install another plugin? do I grab some code from font-awesome? I’m getting rather frustrated. Your ticket system doesn’t allow me to create an email account. I tried and nothing happens, I get no confirmation email that the account has been created and on top of that in order for me to reply to the ticket, i have to login. I tried entering my email and ticket number, and it still shows me as a guest user as well as no content to display about the ticket info or a way to respond to it. Please advise on what I need to do to give you my info so you can assist me with the tickets I have open. Thanks

I’m trying to load Ads via Iframe or JS and this theme seems to reject it and by “reject it” i mean I won’t display any kind of Iframe item. How come and what can I do to fix this. I used the VC element “Raw Html and JS” and it still wouldn’t appear.
