Is there newsletter included in your theme?

Okay, I’m interested in buying your theme, but I got last question. I see that in smartphones there is big space between content and menu, is there any way to fix it?

I think that this is happening only when you visit the mobile view on your browser from your PC. I just tested this on iPhone and everything is working as it should.

Hello,

I love your theme and everything about it. My fiancé and I are about ready to launch her new website but there seems to be a problem with the Stripe payment gateway “credit card icon” on the checkout menu.

The icon is very large on mobile view and is displayed vertically on both desktop and mobile.

Is there a way to make this so it’s aligned horizontally and normal size?

Hey, is this possible to use for example accordion in description of product category in your theme? If yes, can I check it somewhere?

What do you mean with product category please? It is possible only for the Single Product description area.

When you enter shop, and choose category, for example:

www.example.com/product-category/exampletwo

And in this page, I got shop with products only from category “exampletwo”, and I need to add description there (for example using accordion).

Editing the categories with Visual Composer as I know is not supported, but you can manually create look a like pages like category pages and modify them using the Visual Composer.

Hello, I have downloaded latest Aurum theme 2.11 and wordpress 4.8.1.

I’m using visual builder, but when I add something to page and click Preview button it doesn’t show changes, I have to click Update and only then it gets updated. Is there any bug, should I update something?

I have used your theme like a 1-1,5year ago and everything was working fine. But new version on brand new website is not working corectly.

Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

I don’t need help, but there is an error in the theme: With firefox set as browser, go to http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/blog/. What do you see after “Continue reading”? Here it says “&raquo” insted of the arrows pointing to the next site.

Hi Trine,

We are aware of this problem and we have fixed this. On our next theme update this problem will be fixed automatically.

If you want to fix this problem now you can download main.css file and replace it on this path of your theme files wp-content/themes/aurum/assets/css.

After updating my website (in a dev. environment) to the latest version of WooCommerce, WordPress, and your theme, I noticed that there is a glitch with the quantity adjuster on the single product page.

I did as requested, and it appears that the Stripe payment gateway plugin by WooThemes is causing the issue.

For the record, this glitch appears on my iPhone 7 using Safari. The glitch did not appear on an Android device. Any thoughts what it could be?

Hello I would like to buy the theme. I got some question. In the desctop version I cant see the icon of shopping card. Where is it? Will this icon come after buy ?

And at mobile version when I do some product in the shopping card, the shopping card show no number of products. Is this possible that the shopping card shows the number of products who is in it?

I assume that you’ve been looking the Jewelry demo which has a different header type set that doesn’t show the cart in header, that means the centered menu doesn’t have the cart option but all the other header types do.

Yes it does, just make sure you have removed the black bar when viewing the theme from the Preview through here, it will not allow the theme to be responsive.

Yes, there is a general problem with Ticksy platform, as they switched to new server:

This shouldn’t take a lot until the new server is migrated and propagated.

So until it is fixed I will try to help you here. Can you please let me know about your problem with the theme?

OK, As I explained in the ticket, I am not able to activate the plugin. Yili suggested to check the configuration limits and I did. Then I increased the max_execution_time to by uploading a .user.ini file via SFTP and the problem persists.

I included my credentials so you guys can check it out yourselves.

You can try this custom PHP code to make WooCommerce price as link, it should work for you:
