Hello,

Sorry if I made mistakes, i’m french. I have some request,

1. How to reduce the size of the product image on the product page. The page is divided into 2, it would take 1/3 for the image and 2/3 for the text.

2. My secondary menu is not displayed.

3. On the product page, the “quantity” button is shifted, it’s possible to delete the text “quantité” ?

4. How to translate certain elements? for example “product not found”, in French ?

5. Can we replace the icon “add to cart” on the shop pages. By a button identical to those of the product pages for example…

6. How to hide the category under the product title of a product page ?

7. Change the purple color.

I purchased this theme a few months ago.

I was a little skeptical about getting a theme built in 2014 but you guys have rolled out several updates for WooCommerce since then so the theme is 100% up to date and remains to look timeless.

I have a problem with the shop layout of my site: http://bluerapture.eu/shop/

When you visit a category/product listing page, it should show three products across, however the top row only shows two.

Has anyone else had this problem? Why is it doing this?

I have had this problem since day 1 but forgot to go to support so any advice would be great thanks.

I've been using your theme for over 1 year. Recently after some updates of Woocommerce, a bug appeared. Images that previously appeared all the same size, default, now appear in different sizes. That may happen because you’ve updated to WooCommerce 3.2.1 while the theme is compatible to WooCommerce 3.1.2, you can see that in the intro page of Aurum:

So what you have to do now is be patient and wait for the upcoming update as that should fix your problems which occurred with the latest update of WooCommerce, please do not update plugins/themes unless there is stated that this version is compatible with this plugin/theme.

We are working on updating all the themes so you should expect an update soon.

I am using Aurum Theme for several years now. It’s awesome. Really. But it seems something happened with the google map on my contact page. I am using the Contact Us template.

There is following metabox: map_coordinates_0_map_point with this information: {address, 7.485019999999963”,lat}

Map is still wrong or do I have to write into metabox: map_coordinates_0_pin_image ???

Any ideas?

There is no need to edit the metaboxes since you can type the address and it will automatically find the address, or you can drag the pin:

If you haven’t used lulled theme or plugin then you don’t need to worry because our theme doesn’t have any vulnerability. We are the original theme authors and we never add any malicious code on our themes, even if an author want to do that on every theme update envato strictly checks the code before they accept the update.

Please always make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress, Aurum, and keep our premium plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider) always updated with the latest version that we provide.

So, you have the option to put a transparent slider on the home and other pages. Can we do so in the woocommerce shop page so that we can add a slider in the shop page?

I noticed today when viewing my slider via mobile, the text images that I have uploaded are showing up extremely small in scale when compared to the live version of the website.

After viewing their documentation, I noticed that this issue is credited to be a theme issue. Please see below the symptom and their proposed action to correcting it (contact the theme author):

On a bilingual site (croatian | english), when the cart is initially populated in croatian language, the minicart dropdown remains in croatian even though the whole site switches to english)

Hi Laborator,

I have installed a child-theme and would like to edit laborator_woocommerce.php. I have copied the file to the correct child theme folder /aurum-child/inc/ but changes do not display. It does not recognize that the file is there. When i edit the original file, the changes are shown.

I already copied laborator_functions.php in the very same folder and that works like a charm.

Is that a bug? Or could you tell me what i can do here?
