Hi just wondering if it is possible to use web safe fonts (specifically Verdana) within the Uncode theme font system. I have read the tutorial regarding custom fonts however I do not want to host this font, there doesn’t seem to be a way to simply specify standard web safe fonts?

Hello, there seems to be a technical glitch with the theme. I am using a content block for the header. Instead of the content block’s customized heading, the site title is shown. Is it possible to hide the site title and show the heading of the content block? Thank you!

It seems there is an update for revolution slider plugin which is included with your theme. Hi porilainenmunalla and sorry for delay! Are you able to change other Theme Options then the “top line text”? At the moment we don’t have any similar reports and I can only think some server issue with Theme Options, let me know!
No problem for the delay. All the other changes work fine, no problem. The “Top of the line” text worked on first instance and was saved correctly in the database. After trying to modify it, it only changed in the back-end. I then searched the line appearing on the front-end form the database in phpMyAdmin and changed it there. So I found to way to fix it but there might be some underlying issue you should look in to.
Hi and thank you for report! Unfortunately it’s really not easy to test this out if you have an odd issue other users have not repored so fart. The really odd part is that you see this option saved in the backend and in the database, so I can only think about an issue with cache. Thank you anyway to confirm now is fixed!
Just to inform, I have no cache plugin and the themes own performance options are disabled. It is weird one, indeed.

For example some pages of our demo are children of “homepages”, if you trash the parent pages also the sue child pages are not available to be set as homepage. I’ve installed the demo but no images show up?? What could go wrong?
Its misleading because after searching I’ve come to understand there are NO demo photo’s. Only gradients. In you’re documentation you say it’s common not to give the images within the demo. Sorry but it’s no so uncommon! Definitely when you just want to use a single homepage

Hi patriciette! Uncode is one of the officially WPML certified themes and I don’t seems the error is related to Uncode. Have you tested with the native WordPress theme? Hi! I’m struggling with product categories. I want separate pages in my menu for each product category (men/women..). I’ve chosen ’’posts’’ element and ’’build query’’ is set to ’’products’’, but there is no way I can filter my products by categories! So basically I cannot publish separate pages for each product category and use layouts like ’’shop grid’’ for each of them?
Update: I just realized I can use taxonomies for this. Maybe you can suggest a better way to structure shop using product categories?

How can we select different Menu Skin type for different page? My default skin type is transparent and white menu text but there are some pages that I just want to have black menu text with None on Header Type.

In Uncode you can vary the main menu skin on transparent header based on the header you have to grant contrast but you cannot have a solid (not transparent) different for pages main menu.
