Since the last update the full width and box width button in the setting is not working anymore. Also all backgrounds set in Visual composer section turned into the video background on all sections instead of one. Is this a known issue?

The problem might cause by the Visual Composer plugin version, please go to the Plugin manager > Delete it.
Then go to the Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugin > Install the Visual Composer again.

We bought the Jupiter template 2-3 months ago, we have some issues with update visual composer even reading the guide to install visual composer. After updating the theme to the latest version 5.9.7, you can go to the Admin Dashboard > Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins > Update the Visual Composer to the latest version.

hi when I tested your demos I found ,when I using primary menu and sidebar so in mobile phone , when I touch the sidebar icon , it open from top , but I want to open that from left or right , however in desktop mode it open from right or left. is it possible to change to left or right in a mobile phone?

The desktop is using the Side menu and it doesn’t appear on the mobile so you see like that.
However, we can use some custom css to make it works on the mobile and hide the default mobile menu.

Hi Guys, I’m using the the vc video shortcode (video player – self hosted). Is there a way to show the control bar (with play/pause and so on) from beginning. Is there any way to make the product loop show more than 1 image per row on mobile devices. I would like my customers to be able to view more than one product at a time before having to scroll. I’ve noticed that when I click “customize shop” it makes this possible, but then I lose all of the styling, the words are too big, and the hover images show up on the same page. I want to keep the styling as is, I just want to fit at least 2 products side by side in each row, and have the lettering small enough to fit on one line

Hey, my support just expired and I m facing a problem on the english version of my site. I use WPML and the problem started with the version you enabled official polylag support (maybe its related). THE PROBLEM is on portfolio element and its ajax feature. Sorting portfolio by categories with ajax do not work in english version of the page and gives a 403 error at wp-admin/admin-ajax.php .Can you please help us find what cause the problem and fix it?

Please make sure you already installed and activated the Revolution Slider plugin first (in the Control Panel > Required Plugin > Install it)

Dear Artbees, I love your theme. The only issue I have is the visual composer. It is not the best builder in my opinion. Would your theme support Thrive Architect, Elementor or Beaver builder?
I mean the builder is great for me but for my clients, it would be better that they could work with a more visual builder.

Thanks for your feedback, but the Jupiter theme is optimized for the Visual Composer plugin (Modified) and if you used another Page Builder, it won’t include any theme styles and features > It will work with the Jupiter like another wordpress default Theme (Twenty..)
So it’s not recommended.

Hi, first i wanna say that you made a really good job with your theme, but i’m having a problem with a website i made that i cant understand what is wrong. On my computer the site works fine and i can make changes and other things, but on any other computer it tells that it cannot find the server which is weird because before this theme i had a coming soon page and it was working fine. Debugged and came to the conclusion that I’m having a php memory issue with this theme. Max is already set to 256mb and it is exceeding it by nearly a gig. Any sort of changes to the site result in “didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” Site goes offline for approx 2-3 minutes before refreshing without changes made. There is no way to pinpoint why its writing and exceeding so much memory. Any insight would be helpful.
