That content block video you sent was not helpful at all. First of all, it is mainly about headers and for the 45 seconds that it talks about footers, the screenshot images change so quickly, I can’t keep up. They guy in the video switches screens so many times and so quickly, it literally gave me a headache. I just read your reply. I did not delete any content accidentally. I literally just imported that page and the footer section was completely empty. Now what? I still don’t understand how do do this.

Also, you guys never responded to my issue with the WooCommerce Mix and Match plug in conflict. I have been working directly with WooCommerce for two weeks now trying to figure out why their plug in does not work with Uncode. This is what they said, “if you switch to a default theme, the problem does not occur. If you check with your theme, without any CSS edits, the theme has responsive issues. The screen caps I provided will show examples of that”. Please advise.

The only reason if you don’t have contents inside imported Content Block is that at the time of import contents the Uncode Core plugin was not active as listed in the docs. Nope, Uncode plug in was and has always been active. Just double checked again and am going to attempt to reinstall the demo page again.

The problem is that your steps are not step by step. You think they are but they are not. Explain to me how to add specific pages that are titled differently than my page, and not all of my pages in that area. For example, I want a text link in that area that says Buy Kratom but that links to my shop page that is called Shop, not Buy Kratom.

Hi kemallbrown! This is not a bug, let me explain. If you set a menu with a link to have child then you cannot click on this link on mobile (since the menu item on mobile once clicked not directs to a page but opens the children). So a page link, if has children, cannot be a direct link. I hope this make sense and helps.

This does make sense. Which is fine on mobile. However, it’s strange because the parent link was working on desktop with child menu items. I know because I and other users were using that menu item, but then it just stopped working out of the blue. Is there anything I can do to have it work on desktop plz?

Hi and sorry for delay! I’m sorry but I really don’t get you. This is the Uncode behavior from first versions of the theme, we never modified the way menu with children work on desktop. This is simply the only way they have worked for consistency with mobile. If you want a menu is a link this should not have any children.

Okay so I definitely see that its working on your side, but I’m having some strange issues. 1. Parent link doesn’t work when set normally. 2. Parent link works when its set to mega menu. 3. parent link works when I preview the theme and I click around.

What is “parent link”? Do you refer to the megamenu title or first level menu (the very top menu)? As told this menu must be set as custom link with ”#”, they are just containers, they are not pages. To figure out please note that if you set as link you cannot click on them or mobile to show the childs. On mobile you need to click on them to open the submenu, this is the reason you cannot have them as links. I hope this make sense (if this is the issue you refer).

Okay, I made explaining my problem easy.

Here’s a website using uncode: https://kaizenwp.com I set up “Top Menu” for testing. All the links here are pages and it is not a mega menu, and I can click on all of them on desktop and mobile (drop down works too)

The problem is: I have that same menu set on this website http://digitaglobal.com/ (Its back up) but it doesn’t work. I can’t click on the top menu (this use to work).

Hi! Do you refer to the fact that after the first line not all elements are perfectly in order or that you have an ascendant instead of descendant order? If you refer to first (some elements that seem not in order here and there) it’s how Isotope and Masonry work (https://masonry.desandro.com/). Isotope/Masorny works by placing elements in optimal position based on available vertical space, sort of like a mason fitting stones in a wall. So if there is free ‘slot’ this is occupied by an element. I hope this make sense. You can see that in mobile view (when they are stacked) the order is respected. Hi OliverBrownCreative! From the screenshot the problem seems that you have another parameter in your link so you should write something like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLqYXDSMJW8&autoplay=1&loop=1 with the & and without the ? in order to concatenate the parameters properly. Let us know!

So that got that bit working. But now I want the row to be autosizes to a 16:9 ratio. I have the row set to auto height. The video to 16:9 and the column not to 100%. https://ibb.co/jcynDa
