Is it support RTL?

In theme creation process we start to code theme directly on our options framework so we are not creating any HTML files in the process. You can only code HTML by yourself if you really like WordPress version.

Logo images can be set from Mikado options, but also they can be set from per page options, when you edit page, so if they are not being changed when you change them from Mikado options then they are probably set from page.

All demos are within single demo import, and after importing demo content you need to set desired home page from WordPress back end > Settings > Reading.

Cool sorted thanks. Never seen a theme change like that. In your instructions you should really mention that as the instructions make it sound like you do this when you make the import when you say “or choosing to import one of the included demo sites to use as a starting point”
You know the animations that you can see on the conference schedule section? the red icons etc. How do I disable these?

We can’t test on local installation, but back end performance is fine. It may however be related with some server configuration. Try to use XAMPP and also try to increase php ini values like this:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;
and also increase WordPress memory limit https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Hi Mikado Themes, I have purchased the evenly theme and at first I am having problems on installing the theme, after that I installed via Hosting. Now when it comes to demo content import, it stucks at 10% forever. Please help!

If you had problems with uploading and installing the theme, it is due max upload file size setting on your host, and if that value is small then probably it is shared hosting with limited PHP directives. Commercial themes from Theme Forest requires slightly higher values for import functionality since demo is robust. Please try to follow instructions from this link https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/10511/ and ask host to increase values as suggested, and also you can contact our support after that so they can also try to import content for you. Hi,
I have purchased this theme, and today I got a notification of this theme’s update. May I know where I can find the changelog? The changelog in this theme’s page only shows August 18th.
I found some errors in the Timetable function of this theme, which I believe is the Timetable’s compatibility with VC 5.2. I hope that the update will fix that, this is why I am asking for the changelog.

Regarding Timetable plugin, there was issue with latest VC version, but plugin isn’t included in this update. Events are handled with Timetable plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/timetable-responsive-schedule-for-wordpress/7010836?s_rank=1 and right now there is no option to show attendants, sorry
, but you can ask plugin author if they are going to implement such an option in some future updates.

After theme installation, you need to import demo content if you want to have similar content and layout like on our demo. You can import demo content from WordPress back end > Mikado options > Import.

When creating items for custom post type, then you need to use appropriate Visual Composer element in order to display that post type on a page. In order to understand this better, it is advisable to import demo content since you can then replace demo content with your own. In case that you don’t want to import demo on live site, it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to import theme demo. You can change predefined colors from Theme Options, but there are also per page options and color options can also be set directly from element options on a page, and all these more specific instances will override global options, so use color options carefully if you plan to change them in future with an ease.
Smooth scroll for anchors will be triggered automatically when anchor IDs for rows are set, so it is important to to set Anchor ID for that purpose and not Row ID.

Hello,
So I bought this a few days ago and am currently in the process of designing up the website based on the theme.
I try my best to figure out the problems that I likely would come across as I am not a web designer, I just design my business website myself.
So I currently am having an issue where I can’t figure out how to make the logo in the header any bigger – www.repx.com.au (note that the site is under construction, so only worry about the logo in the header).
I would really appreciate some help here. And if anything, is there a setting in the Mikado Options that does this, or should be added in for future theme updates?

Logo height is controlled by header height, so to increase its size you need to increase header height from Mikado options > Header, but if you want to keep current header height you can also increase logo with custom css code below:

Our support can point you to files when you are looking for some function which needs to be changed, and they can explain to users some smaller modifications or to provide some custom css code, but we’re not available for the custom work on modifications, since we’re focused on providing theme support for all our users, and also updating and improving all of theme with fixes new features.

Can I apply this theme to a current site without issue? I read that someone was having problems with implementing it to a site they currently run.
Hi there,
Commercial themes work in different way then free themes. While free themes tend to be more compatible with each because changing theme will just load different layout, and there are no dependent plugins, commercial themes use different page builders, different theme options and may work with different sets of plugins, so this means that you can change theme, but depending of post types like for example portfolio post type, you may be rebuilding some sections with with new theme, or if your current theme isn’t using Visual Composer, then you also need to recreate pages with Visual Composer elements. This is normal for commercial themes, and best approach is to change theme on staging environment or on local host, and when everything is finished to migrate site to live domain. In conclusion, it is possible to change theme to any other theme, but process may require a little more work in comparison to free themes. Of course with Theme Forest themes, you will get excellent design, code quality and plenty of options and layouts.

Theme is using Timetable plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/timetable-responsive-schedule-for-wordpress/7010836 so every plugin functionality is present, but unfortunately there is no option for selling tickets except to specify link to WooCommerce virtual product in order to be able to sell tickets.
2. Theme is using Visual Composer, so you can easily create pages for each speaker with different elements on each page if there is a need for that, or you can create one page and then to duplicate it if you want to have same layout for each speaker.
3. Theme is translation ready and it is WPML compatible so you can translate it easily or to be able to create multi lingual website.

Ticksy is 3rd party app which we are paying, and we don’t have any change logs for it. Your tickets will be answered very soon. This delay is mostly because of weekend, since support is answering all our tickets from oldest to newest Monday – Friday.

Choosing this theme will depend on your needs. If you will list some of your work and list of places where you will be speaker on some conference then you should maybe use some simpler portfolio theme, but if you will be extending your website at some point you will need to change the theme, so looking from that point maybe it is better to start with feature rich theme, and to use its extra features at some point in future without needing to migrate from one theme to another.

Who do I need to email for refund? It’s a beautiful theme, but it has so many bugs, I don’t have time to show you everything. You guys need to do testing on the demo content next time.
This theme is not the most up-to-date version. Please check soon, it is not the same as your live demo. Logo does not display as retina, footer Join Newsletter field is broken, revolution slider text placement on main demo is not correct, gmaps does not display, hovering over Preogramme and Billets are broken in firefox (music festival theme).
I recommend you do a fresh install of wordpress, install the theme, import the demo… then test every single page.

Theme and its functionality is the same like on our demo, and demo import is importing demo content which probably didn’t get imported 100% because of lower PHP directives and resources for your hosting plan. If demo didn’t get imported, please try to install on local and import demo there to see that it is working. Our support is importing demo on local testing installations without problems and other users managed to import demo successfully so issues with import can only be server side related. Our support can assist you further and to give you information on how to create some elements and pages, and for all support related questions, please reply to your ticket or submit new one.

Trust me my friend, the theme you have for download and the demo import is not new, I think you guys have an older version. It has bugs and placements of elements aren’t exactly the same as the demo. Do a fresh install of wordpress, import the demo, then compare the elements side-by-side with the live demo.. How do I get a refund? I am not happy with the bugs. I increased the resources and installed the demo 5 times, 100% completion.

Our support and developers are working on exact same demo on local testing installations and demo import is working fine, and as explained previously if it is not getting imported it is due to server resources, but it is just demo content, and functionality of the theme is working without problems. If you can’t increase PHP directives for your hosting plan you can try local installation on XAMPP in order to see that demo is also working. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the theme but Theme Forest refund policy doesn’t offer refund for such cases, but you can try to submit refund over Theme Forest and someone will discuss it with you there.

Yes, as explained in article, because we used some advanced JS functionality some elements won’t be changed until you refresh the page. Unfortunately we cannot offer exceptional design and functionality with fully working front end editor functionality, and that is what it is disabled by default.
