I had created a menu with submenu in the action bar (on the right) but it does’t works. It display just the first voice, not the submenu.

if you mean secondary menu, this one is one level menu and you can not add submenus to that section.

Where would the file for the Betheme Options > Custom CSS & JS section be? The site was recently moved, but seemed to not save all of the “Theme Options” and custom CSS properly. I no longer have access to the frontend (Wordpress), so I am looking for the file on the backend where these changes would be saved. Thank you.

Do you know the name of the database or what it would be under? I can’t find anything relating to betheme
Database is only one, therefore maybe you mean the table name with options in the database?
Yes that’s what I meant…I’ve dug around in the database but can’t find anything. I exported the BeTheme Options as the xml file, but it seems like it didn’t save all of the information. When I re-uploaded (to the new site), it didn’t style everything the way it was before, including things I had in the Custom CSS/JS section. I no longer have Wordpress access to the old site, so I can’t export the options again. That’s why I need to access it through the backend somehow.
Ok, so all settings are being stored in wp_options table and the row name responsible for the options is betheme

if you mean Theme Options tab, you can not hide it because this tab is responsible for all settings and options on site. The options or post types that could be disabled, you can find under BeTheme > Theme Options > Global > Advanced > Theme Functions section.

I’ve been running BeTheme on a website for 2 years, I’ve just updated to the latest version of BeTheme. Now I cannot update Visual Composer and I cannot edit pages until I update Visual Composer. What the hell?

Visual Composer plugin can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section. However, please check first under BeTheme > Dashboard section, if you have registered your license because it is necessary to update bundled plugins or theme.

I purchased the theme long ago.. But never used it before tested few times earlier though. But today when I went to register it for a domain its saying purchased code is used already in another domain and funny thing is that in no way i dont belong to that domain and I never themes files to other since i bought it for my personal use. So would you mind to provide a solution for it.

Hi, I have issue on each page to choose slider name from revolution slider. Even if I created several sliders only one named “homepage” appear in drop down menu where I need to select which one I want to use. Any solutions? Also, I adding sliders from templates does not work. Never happened me before with any other theme. Thank you!

I was wondering, if you compare the “column” with the text block of visual composer, visual composer is a lot easier to use and also got the “list” function in it. For me it is no problem at all, cause I know the shortcodes, but maybe it is also an idea to extend the functions in the muffin builder column function?

the Column item is for those who prefer to use plain shortcodes/html but if you expect wysiwyg editor, please use Visual Editor item instead.

We are pretty sure that you have it inside the section which is not full width and that’s why this is how it looks like. You supposed to set FULL WIDTH style for the section where fancy divider is.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.
