1. Yes all the Portfolio, Blog and Products sections are based on the same module, so you can use any of the examples with products too.
2. In the top menu, please try to insert a product in the cart when you have a menu with the cart.

Hi, my client bought your theme and i’m having a trouble with poster images in vimeo videos when using with WPML. When i translated the pages, video players shown on masonry portfolios instead of posters. When i check the attached vimeo videos, posters ids still there. What should cause this and does it matter Adaptive Images option be on or off. I’ll be glad if you can assist me about this. Thanks

Hello! I was trying to use WooPrice Calculator plugin with uncode and for some reason it doesnt work. In a WooPrice Calc forum they said that a theme should allow AJAX Price Calculation so the plugin can work. I think i have checked all the options available for the theme, but couldnt find anything. Can you help me with this?

Sorry, you call it accordion. Is it possible to invert it? You click on the accordion and the content appear above. Instead of appearing below.

as you mentioned, the custom selector was not so specific. I solved the problem by adding the full nested path before the new class:

Hi mediaskystudio! Media Galleries can be ordered manually by dragging the small thumbnails in the desired order, there is not an asc or desc feature to automatically order.

Love this theme. But since the last update i made (from Version 1.x to 1.6.3) there is something strange happening.
Below the header “Aktuelles” i have a row with 50%/50% columns defined. Everything is fine when there are just the sub-headers (“Produktionen”, “Vereinsaktivitäten”).
But when i put in the post widgets, the 50%/50% columns are not next to each other. The second column is below. I did not have this issue before updating to 1.6.
When i look into the code i see that there are two div’s ( ... , one for every column) i have when the post widget is in the column. but only one ... when the post widgets are not there..
but i don’t know if that is correct or not…

It’s not easy to understand why you have this issue without a complete check, as told this is the first time I see this, if this was an error in the new version I think we should have received tons of message like this. Anyway this one:

Try to recreate this page in a new page first, deactivate all extra plugins, verify you don’t have errors in the System Status, verify you have also updated Uncode Core and Uncode VC.
Ok, i recreated the page – all other things like updates and system status is OK.
But i found the issue: https://cl.ly/2V1H312D2C13Everything is fine, like in your video. Until i activate “Full content” for the text under the image in post element. Limited to 100 characters (because i do not want to write an extra excerpt for every post)
If i activate “Full content” the column is not 50% any longer. it is 100% width.
And i am 100% sure: This worked before update. i did nothing there..

Hi, my support has expired but I have one question if you would oblige me. On the shop archive page there seems to be some kind of hard coded in title that says ‘This is where you can add new products to your store’. I have switched titles off in all theme options, I have edited the page on the back end to remove the content block. I have deleted the associated content block but still it shows.
Also my woocommerce slider currency remains 4 even though i have changed the default currency in woocommerce settings.

Hi and sorry for delay! What version of Uncode and WooCommerce do you have? Even I don’t think it’s related to an out of date version, I don’t remind some users reported this problem. The ‘This is where you can add new products to your store’ comes from WooCommerce itself (it’s hardcoded in Woo). For example this is an archive page and everything is fine: https://undsgn.com/uncode/product-category/man/

I read too many things before start writing to you.
My issue is same like many other from here, but I have a support form our local hosting company. I give them all the requirement from you before starting to install the theme to make the hosting work for the theme. At last I install the theme manual and now is the issue with the plugins. From the ZIP folder nothing work from installation like wordpress installs. Can you please tell me I`m I wrong download the ZIP file …I start thinking that I`m doing all wrong at the end

Even if the server requirements are met it’s possible your host applies different settings (this can be the only reason a popular theme like Uncode fails to install), it’s possible you need to install plugins manually.
