I am having difficulty trying to reach you over your forum. I keep receiving “access denied” after resetting my password twice.
Anyhow I am under the gun here with 2 questions.
1. You offer Visual Composer as an alternative. Fantastic!!! If I am using one of your demo sites that I imported. How can I begin editing its content visual composer?
2. This is more important. I want to copy a section from PAGE A to PAGE B. I don’t want to rebuild it – that will take too much time for something so simple. If is not possible, then is there a way to have Muffin Editor show me the layout in text so that I can copy the code?

1. Pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We can not build those demos with Visual Composer because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
2. You can easily copy the content using Muffin Builder. In the right bottom corner of the builder, there is Import/Export button.

But gallery uses exactly the same type of popup as the popup item you have provided above.
That maybe so, but ALL the popups in the gallery are images so it is not that obvious to a visitor of the site – maybe you can replace a few of those image popups with a text one ?
Do you mean to replace gallery images in popup with text? Because if that’s what you mean, it won’t be possible because gallery displays images only in popup.

Hello! Just a quick question please: Can i embed an issuu publication into a lightbox using the image shortcode? For example, a website for an music artist. We have the image of the album, and when the user clicks on it, it opens the album booklet (PDF from issuu) and the user can read the lyrics.
we’ve done this once using the visual editor just by pasting the iframe code given by issuu publication website and it works fine. Thank you for your patience.
Regarding our support license, we didn’t used it when we bought the theme….we just started developing the website later…hope this is not a problem. Thanks again.

Yeah sure, it was used to a proposal website where we needed the revolution slider installed that is bundled with the theme but it can only be installed with the purchase code. We will buy the other license as well in case of our client approval, don’t worry. Regarding our question, is this possible? Thanks!

the first one, we bought on photodune and it works under the license but as you can see on https://photodune.net/item/meeting/358028 it was already removed by Envato. Another one is from wikipedia and you can find it by navigating to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Silhouette_man_front_outline_bw.svg but the icon we bought here.

Ok, sorry for that.
I found the problem, and it is that is saving WP is saving images on https://... when uploading to media library and creating a permanent link on http://...
So when WP is checking for the image is not finding it because the address is different by the “S”
how do i configure WP, so it’s saving images in http://... and creating permanent link on http://... so there is no problem?

This issue has nothing to with the theme itself and even if you switch to any default WP theme, you will notice the same problem. Basically, if your server and WP installation is configured to http:// right now, you should remove existing images that are https:// and upload them once again. However, if this won’t help, or you should re-install whole WordPress or contact with your admin and ask him why is that.

I need to know whether this theme is compatible with the following 2 plugins pls: 1. YITH WooCommerce Featured Video – https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-featured-video/ and 2. Featured Video Plus – https://wordpress.org/plugins/featured-video-plus/. If it is then I’ll go ahead and purchase it. What I basically need is for the WooCommerce featured image to be replace by a featured video on the single product page and also everywhere else where featured images are usually located for WooCommerce products.

Hello, I just run a wordfence scan and it shows nearly 100 alerts. Most of them are about a php.ini file created in several folders inside wp-includes and wp-includes/js/tinymce/. Is the theme responsible of the creation of these files? Are they really necessary for the theme to work?

it looks like your server was hacked but we are 100% sure that it has nothing to with the theme. Different plugins are usually the reason of such problems. In this case, you supposed to completely clear your server and upload latest version of the BeTheme, WordPress and included plugins if you use any.
If server was hacked because someone got your access details, then your admin should be able to find it in logs but if your server got hacked because of the unsafe scripts, it would be difficult to find it. Basically, you supposed to contact with person who is responsible for your server.

I uploaded the header in BeTheme and also set it as the featured and it is not showing up. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing incorrectly? I have followed the other troubleshooting steps on other discussions but still same issue.
