Dont know what kinda shit-show this is but I just purchased this product and the license key doesnt even work. The support link on the front page doesnt even go to a real website. Whats going on here.

Hi there, i’m just working on Info Boxes and came across an issue- when i set it up to “zoom in” when placing the cursor on it, the picture gets bigger than the actual frame so once it zooms in the picture, you don’t see the whole picture and it doesn’t look good. Can you please help? Thanks a lot.

The only way to make that work, would be editing the image in order to make it have more “blank” space around the center of the image, like we have in our main demo http://demo.nicethemes.com/flatbase/classic/

Another option could be removing the zoom in effect. Please have in mind that the zoom in effect will zoom in the image, so if there’s some important part of the image on the edges, it will happen that it will exceed the frame. That’s why it is important to choose what image/icon to use.

You can upload a favicon on “Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon”.

We had an input within the options panel before, but now the option is part of WordPress directly, so we use that one.

I’m looking for this functionality but so far I only found this one https://themeforest.net/item/ticketlab-ticketing-support-knowledge-base-wordpress-theme/19596471 and I wanted to be well informed before choosing a first theme for my wordpress site.

The theme doesn’t come with a ticketing system like the one you linked. It comes with support for bbPress, a forum plugin which can be used as a ticketing system if it’s tuned to do that.

However, I can imagine the plugin must work fine in any of the page templates (default or full width). Are you trying to create any type of layout in particular?

Hi,

I have purchased flatbase theme, when i tried to open a ticket in support forum it is showing “The given purchase code has already been registered.” after entering the purchase code.

The issue i am facing now is -

when i check my website speed in Google PageSpeed Insights i found possible optimization for “Leverage browser caching for the following cacheable resources: https://ssl.google-analytics.com/ga.js (2 hours)”. I tried CAOS Plugin to optimized but it still there, can you please tell me if it is included in the theme itself, if it is included could you tell me how to overcome this.

Quick question: does it have support for code syntax hightlighting? I saw one of the demo pages (http://demo.nicethemes.com/flatbase/article/purchase-history/) and the php code there is not highlighted, looks more like a quote.

Actually what you see is the `code` HTML tag styled. Themeforest wouldn’t allow us to include any type of syntax highlighting functionality because they consider it plugin territory. You can try with any syntax highlighting plugin or maybe using gist from github and their plugin in order to style the pieces of code you share.
