We have set our page memory limits to be 512MB, but Jupiter is reading that incorrectly. It is reading from the default file instead of server setting. How can we have that override? The default file setting is too low.

- Related posts don’t show on the single post, even when turned on in the page settings. - Alternate menu doesn’t work. We select a different menu but the menu doesn’t change

I changed the server on my site, updating the theme but the visual composer plugin no longer works. I need to activate it while I only have the purchase code of Theme Jupiter. I can not work on the site because of this … I no longer have access to support, and it’s very embarrassing to pay $ 41.13 for a simple upgrade that does not work …

To install the VIsual Composer plugin to your site after updating the Jupiter theme, please go to the Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins > Visual Composer plugin > Install it.

Great theme! Quick question, is there a way in Jupiter overlay sections. For example, this theme in the ADOPTIONS section, there is a large background image then content boxes that are overlaid or offset on top. Can this be done with Jupiter? thanks.

Hi, I see that you don’t offer PSD files, but one of the main reasons I bought this theme is that it states you do provide PSD files in the right-hand panel on this page under Included Files. Can you please remove that since it provides false information.

I just upgraded to 5.9.7 and Edge Slider is not working as it should. Since the upgrade it’s only displaying one slide (the video) and none of the slides with images! Is anyone else reporting this? is there a solution? I tried reinstalling the plugin but that didn’t help.
