Hi, for some reason after customer buy a product from me, the billing address not showing up in the PayPal confirmation email, i saw that i have only billing address in the checkout page, and it does not appear in my email, when i go to the woocomerce. i notice that the shipping address is empty in the admin panel of the orders. how can i solve this ?

Hi. Trending now ticker not looking good at mobile display as it good at desktop. Is there a setting to disable it “Trending Now” for mobile displays or I should handle it via CSS? (proper CSS code if so please…)

How are you uploading the project? Through cPanel or an FTP client? Some networks consider Zip files in general unsafe and the security policy rejects them.

First of all, I will thank you for your interest in our theme! If you want to enable that border-bottom for Global Medicine demo, you should try using a bit of CSS code to do that.

Please keep in mind that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience, in this case, you will not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to have more language versions of your website, notice that you should try using the WPML plugin because this was tested with the theme and it seems to work as properly. After installing and activating mobile theme plugin, mobile menu/theme show up even in desktop mode in Newspaper Theme.

This is an issue with your cache plugin. Mobile Theme will not work with any cache plugin, it was tested just with Wp Super Cache with this configuration – http://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Also if you have an external cache(server cache) may cause issues. In this case Mobile Theme will not work properly, but you can deactivate it as it is an optional plugin. The theme has already a mobile version.

If you use Visual Composer on posts, please deactivate tagdiv composer plugin. Tagdiv Composer has no functionality for posts and it will break also Visual Composer’s layout.

You need to decide what pagebuilder plugin you use. Unfortunately if you use Visual Composer on post, you cannot use tagdiv composer plugin. If you make some changes to your pages using tagdiv composer and after this you deactivate it, some of it’s options may not work on V.C.

I am using Thrive Architect and Newspaper 8.1 Theme by Tagdiv. However, I couldn’t insert an image to my blog post. It always shows a blank image.

Unfortunately we did not tested Thrive Architect plugin and I’m not aware of it’s functionality and I cannot guarantee that it will work flawlessly with our theme. We provide tagdiv composer and Visual Composer as pagebuilder plugins and you can use the one you like.

I am having an issue with the newspaper child theme – when I activate the child theme, it breaks compatibility with Visual Composer, and all my pages that are built with VC lose their layouts. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a known workaround/solution?

Installing a demo with content should not affect in any way your content. Only if you modify the imported demo content (page, post, menu..) you will lose them in case you uninstall the demo. But your content should not be affected by demo’s import or uninstall.
