I guess that you want to increase the site width, right? Unfortunately, please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.

Dear Catalin, thank you for your opinion. I understand, this theme doesnt have this feature right now. And I do not want ot make it via the CSS changes (I do not know the CSS enough, I am not the styler).

I am asking, if you prepare for the year 2018 to add this possibility to expand the theme width

Please keep in mind that our theme is fully responsive and on the mobile, the theme;s layout will be automatically adjusted after the width of your mobile devices. Notice that the mobile responsive mode will display on mobile devices, the exact layout, and content which is displayed on desktop version but in responsive mode. I have checked your website and it seems to work as expected.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you want to use the RTL direction at your website, sorry! Please keep in mind that our theme has no RTL files and any support for this because it has not been designed to be used in this layout, sorry! Unfortunately, we have no plan on implementing it in the near future. Implementing RTL support in our theme will require 2 style.css files and it will add significant “weight” to the theme. Using the RTL mode means that lots of elements have to be adjusted and this thing involves custom work and we cannot provide this at the moment! You don’t need to buy the theme again if you already bought it. Just login to to your themeforest account used to purchase the theme and you will be able to download the latest version 8.1. Not sure, it’s possible that this issue with saving settings appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file or the file it’s not found. Try to verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.

Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.

Unfortunately you will need custom modifications for this and adjust the css for responsiveness. I can provide a css for desktop and you can go forward and create another one for tablets and mobiles using media queries.

The discussion has continued via email. It is normal to ask wp-admin access if we cannot recreate this on our side. The user had some custom modifications and he used an old theme version. He decided to update to the latest theme version.
